This is the second terrible experience I've had at this location. this time I got there and had no rental car even though I reserved it. I told them I would be there Saturday from 930am till 10am I got there at 9 20 am. The rep that took my call assured me I would have a reservation for Saturday. I even repeated it back Saturday between 930 to 10 am. Even though they messed up they acted like they didn't even care. I live near north Raleigh so I had to drive 45 minutes to get there to drop my car off at the bodyshop to get repaired. I have rental through my car insurance with a 100 a day for rental. A sure payment. One would think they would really want that business. I vow to never use this
location again. They have complicated my process of getting my car repaired. Thanks a lot!!!!! Be very proud of yourselves!!!!!! They dont even deserve a star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car has been out of service a month now and the staff has been great in helping me throughout this tough time. Naheem and the assistant manager (I didn't catch her name) are very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. The gentleman that brought me home was also very respectful and sweet. Love the excellent customer service!

The folks at Wilson Enterprise are great, rented a car through my insurance. They got me what I needed and had options for upgrades! Very helpful and informative, made sure I had everything covered. I'll be heading there for my rental needs in the future!

We rented a car due to an auto accident and the service we received from Nyheim Pettaway was fantastic. He went out of his way to ensure our rental experience was great. No matter what questions my daughter asked he answered them with a big smile and made her feel like he really cared about her as a customer. In this day and age it is hard to find people who go out of their way to make your car rental experience one that is hassle free and easy. When we had to extend due to circumstances that came up he handled it smoothly. Whenever I need a car in the future from the Wilson Office I will make sure that he is the one to take care of it. Nyheim is a credit to the enterprise car rental system and I see big things for him in the future
