I really want to say I had some bad experiences with doctors and people like this. So when I went in I did not know what to expect but the lady Mrs. Allison Hemphill really made me feel good to be there. She talk like she really cares I don’t know if she was just acting are what but as long as she was nice while we was there was ok with me. It was something new to me she explained everything she took her time. I really appreciate it.Thank u so much for having someone like that working for you. It is a blessing to have someone like her to help. ❤️

PAP Specialist (Allison) was very friendly, informative and helpful. She clearly explained how to properly operate the equipment and what tasks were required. She answered all questions to everyone’s satisfaction. Enjoyable experience.

The class was great! Definitely 5 stars! The process to get my insurance approved and to a class was not good. I called so many times. Everyone that I spoke to said something different and promised they would call me back. 1 out of probably 6 actually called me back. It was so frustrating and unacceptable. The last lady I spoke to finally helped me out and got me scheduled. She was very nice.
