This is the second time my packages have been out for delivery but never arrived. Ended back at facility with me getting a delay in shipment apology. I don’t know how other fedex facilities are managed but the one in Wilson NC is not managed well at all.

Would give this place negative stars if I could I’m sitting in my living room an the driver never even knocked I got a notification on my phone stating we will try again tomorrow just to get up an see a not left on the door never even bothered to knock

Picked up my package with zero delays. In and out in just a few minutes. Took longer to drive out to the location than I spent there.
