This is the second time my packages have been out for delivery but never arrived. Ended back at facility with me getting a delay in shipment apology. I don’t know how other fedex facilities are managed but the one in Wilson NC is not managed well at all.

I have had 2 frozen orders that have landed at the Wilson facility. Both were held there days after their delivery date. They then arrived at my house totally thawed out & ruined. I would strongly urge you to try to find places that don’t use FedEx.

Whoever was driving this truck today needs to have it taken away and there license as well. They merged twice into different lanes never signaled or ever once looked ran me off the road and another person. Total lack of awareness.
