I was driving down the interstate when my car’s check engine light came on. I asked Siri for the closest auto repair and she brought me to Firestone. I travel about 1000 miles per week with my job and I have to be able to depend on my company car. I was afraid they were going to be too busy and turn me away since I did not have an appointment. They did not turn me away. They were very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had me on my way in just a few hours.

They were truly incredible. i was on a long drive back to college and got a flat tire. They were extremely kind and helped me out right away despite it being extremely short notice. They even ended up staying later than they are open to get my car going. I cannot thank them enough for their help and their kindness.

My wife and I experienced engine trouble while returning home from a trip. We searched for a reliable full service auto repair and thankfully found Firestone Wilson NC online who were great. Their team quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and repaired our car getting us back on the road quickly and safely. I highly recommend this repair center. They were in the position to overcharge or cheat us but they did not. We received quality work for a fair price.

My experience with this Firestone was wonderful. Jordan is a phenomenal team member and took wonderful care of me while I was there. Not only did he get me in and out within the final hour of closing alone without an appointment, but he did it all with a smile, kindness, and transparency about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. He is a valuable team member and very knowledgeable about his job. Thank you again for the hard work and kindness.
