My absolute FAVORITE Foodlion in Wilson! Store is always so organized. I drive and shop for instacart. If I can choose, I will go to Pepper Mill everytime. The are for the most part well stocked. Normally I dont have to make substitutions for my customers either. 5 out of 5 for me!
