Possibly the worst customer experience ever. I was scheduled to have a tv wall mounted on 12-12!between 2:30 and 6:30. I got a call around 4.:30 letting me know they were running behind. My next call was at 7:20 letting me know ther”y were on the way and about 25 minutes away. I had old them to cancel the call and we would reschesule. I did not hear from them and called the following Monday to reschedule. I went by the store and was told the next available appointment no was for the following Friday. No consideration for the first fiasco. I told the I would let them know. I then got an email letting me know they had scheduled my appointment for the 19th . On the 18th I got a voicemail from the tech patting
Me know he would be at my home between 8:30 and 9:30am and if anything changed he
Would let me know. At 10:15 I called the tech to see if he still planned on coming. When I asked why he did not let me know of the change he said “I’m letting you know now.” Truly a
Smart ass answer. At this point I am done with the Geek Squad and Best Buy. I returned and $200 worth of equipment and cancelled a $185 service call.

Went in to have more Ram added to my laptop at the Wilson NC location. I can not remember the young ladies name that helped me but her and gentleman were SUPER nice and helpful. They ended up servicing my HP at no charge....I was so emotional that I forgot to post the review back in May. But THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU again for the assistance.

I bought my laptop in because it wouldn't turn on. They said it was the Mother Board and I should REPLACE my computer.
On a hunch I went to Walmart and got a new power cable. My HP laptop powdered right up and was find.
I am NOT impressed.

Went to have my new iPhone 16 factory reset. The guy has my phone no longer than 5 mins, does nothing with it and then says there isn’t anything he can do and that I would have to contact my carrier for a replacement phone. After that, I went to a friends who let me use iTunes, and was able to factory reset my phone in under 10 mins no problem. Terrible customer service.

I went to Best Buy in Wilson, NC today for a 3:00 appointment with the GEEK SQUAD. Dustin Peachy was the \"Geek\" who helped me. He was extremely kind and professional. He was beyond knowledgeable. I entered the store so frustrated with my \"broken\" computer. Dustin \" fixed it\" quickly and helped me to understand what had happened and what to be aware of when using it. I hope Best Buy gives this guy a raise! He deserves it!!

Set appointment for battery replacement for my IPhone. During making the appointment I give my phone info. Needless to say, I show up on time, they get me checked in promptly. They run a diagnostic check, all to confirm what I already knew….I do in fact need a new battery. Aghast! They don’t have any batteries! Lol couldn’t they have just acknowledged that during me making the appointment??????????? They did let me know there are other businesses in town that “probably” can replace my battery! SMH lol waste of a good trip to town!

0 stars. I can't talk to representative over the phone. 0 customer service. How am I supposed to be helped if your phone service refused to let me speak to a representative. I will take my contract elsewhere.

Went to pick up a phone that was repaired, was told I didn’t need an appointment when I dropped it off, drove an hour and got all the way there and was told I needed an appointment and that they couldn’t turn around pick up and hand me my device, I could literally see it behind the worker. Worker was zero help.

Drove an hour and a half only to be told that they couldn’t install the product because they had sold us the wrong one. Turns out the guy just didn’t want to install the product or didn’t know how to. All we had to do was plug in the power and it worked fine.

They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave. I called to get information about getting my Tv fixed. After being on hold for 15 to 20 mins the phone picks up and all I hear is people talking about what some girl did last night and laughing. I will never use there services!!!!!!!!!
