Went in today for a hair cut and asked for light face framing layers, and emphasized I didn’t want it choppy. The lady with short brown hair absolutely butchered the face framing layers and no matter how much I said I wanted it to all flow together nicely she had no understanding and blamed the choppy look on me for pulling my my hair to the front when that’s how I normally wear my hair. Also said that she gave me what I asked for and said that I asked for it to be blunt when that’s exactly the opposite of what I asked for? (If I show you a picture of what I want you should get it as close to that as possible or explain that it won’t look exactly like the picture) She was overall extremely rude and nasty to me. Brook was at the front when the lady walked me up to pay and Brook took me back to fix my hair. Brook validated my feelings about my hair and did everything she possibly could to bring my hair back to life and was extremely lovely the entire time. Women go in to get a hair cut so that they can walk out feeling confident and that’s exactly what Brook made me feel.

I love the haircut I get but my only concern is I never see the stylist santize the clippers or scissors there’s nothing on there work station that say santitizer or barbcicide like that have in other salons or barbershops I been to. This need to be addressed due to all customers coming in and stylist using same clipper guides same scissors same brush or combs this is unsanitary

I went in with what I wanted with a photo of a cut. Didn't get the cut I asked for. It is shorter than I wanted. I asked for a layer cut. There's areas in the back that is with no hair. I never have my hair thinned out. I am very unhappy with it. It is what it is. It is too short to fix it. I won't be going back to get my hair cut there

I highly recommend going anywhere else. I went in today with very long hair. I showed my stylist, (name started with a T, brown short bob with tattoos) what I wanted. I was explicit - I showed her my long hair, the photo of my inspo, and then said “If this style would take too much length away, then I’m happy with just a trim.” She said it wouldn’t be too much and she could do it. She showed me the amount she would have to take off, about 2 inches from the back and I agreed and reiterated that I don’t want to lose length from the front.
My cut took less than 15 mins. She said that she would have to take it a little bit higher in the back to blend with the front, but I would still have my length. At the end, she took nearly 7 inches off my hair. The worst part is that it wasn’t even close to the inspo. She did not persevere the length in the front and honestly I have no idea what went wrong. I got out as soon as I could, and I had to call all over to find someone to do my hair. I had to spend an additional $100 to find someone who would fix what she had done. I now have a short bob, after having waist length hair. Please, save yourself the heartache and money and go somewhere else.

My fiancée went to get his hair cut by Jamie today. The haircut is okay but not at all what he asked for. He showed her a picture of what he wanted. a short fade with longer on top, a basic haircut. after asking him if the length was okay and him replying yes, she proceeds to cut it shorter. the bottom part isn’t faded and is just choppy and uneven. after it was done he addressed his complaints to her nicely and told her he didn’t want his receded hairline showing since he’s 30 and just wants to feel confident like i’m sure every 30 year old guy does and she responds saying “it’ll be worse when your 40” which was COMPLETELY unnecessary and rude. Like okay? well he’s not 40 and what was the point of even saying that. she was basically not willing to acknowledge she made a mistake and didnt listen. very, very rude. he shouldn’t of even had to pay for that. AND he tipped her just because he’s that nice. just unbelievable

Had a great haircut done by Toni. She took time to explain how she would cut it and gave advice on what product to use with my hair. Very personable. Will be requesting her from now on.
