I went to get my 30day prescription filled at my local Harris Teeter pharmacy only to be told that I am an opioid naive because I haven't gotten a prescription filled in the last 30 days but was told that I got it controlled at Walmart last month which was a lie they verified it while I was there that it was not true where do they get such crap I have never been to Walmart in the first place they told me that it was to my benefit since I had not been on pain medicine I have been on pain medicine all my life why can't they verify that information I am disabled and have to get a ride to get my prescriptions. It is a holiday weekend and I'm going out of town for 2 weeks she told me that I could have it transferred to another Pharmacy which I know is another lie cuz you cannot transfer control substances I am I am unhappy with this and I'm going to remove all of my prescriptions from this point on from this Pharmacy I didn't get an apology for a screw up the other day and now I want an apology for this one. So to make a long story short they would only give me a 6-day supply out of my 30 day

I have been battling a severe shoulder injury that's going to require surgery to fix. The pain was so severe i went the ER in Wilson on Saturday 11/16. I followed up with my Orthopedic Surgeon today to discuss my options. For the short term he tried to treat and somewhat manage my pain. He gave me a steroid injection, a strong anti inflammatory and a mild pain reliever. The pharmacy refused to fill the pain medication because they said there was an error on how it was written to dispense. Ok. Cool. Can you call my doctor please to correct it? Oh we did and didn't get an answer. I guess they never heard of voice mail because they failed to leave the doctor's office a message. At that point I'm starting to hurt pretty bad again. Ok. I will drive back to my doctor and try and straighten this out. When I arrived at the doctor's office they informed me that they did call them back but it was the pharmacy lunch break and wouldn't answer the phone. My doctor's nurse left a message. And promised to call the pharmacy again... which they did. So. Back to the pharmacy. By this time I'm hurt pretty bad. I mean pure agony. My wife opted to go in for me. So begins the runaround. They argued with my wife in front of other customers that my doctor's office never called. She was asked to step out of line after three trips to the counter. Finally the associate that was assigned to answer the phone over heard and responded, ' Oh yeah his doctor called and fixed it ' The other two associates never took the time to check the phone or even ask if they called. Yet they swore that the doctor never called and implied that somehow this was my fault 🤔. They never even offered my wife an apology, even after they were clearly caught lying. They didn't check the phone simply because they didn't want to. I guess lunch takes priority over a patient's well being. Or just too busy to answer the phone. Lazy, disrespectful, disregarding my pain and suffering and taking my time to drive across town to straighten while suffering from an injury and in serious pain, then blaming the entire situation on me when all they had to do was answer the phone. Me and my wife are ready to go somewhere else. A small private pharmacy where they might actually care about their customers

Pricey but good grocery (plus more) store. In with a lot of other stores. Clean. Friendly staff. Wine and beer sold on premises - even on Sunday's.

Yesterday I went to the store in the pharmacy department, I felt horrible and had problems with my prescription. I was attended by a young girl (I think), very nice, I couldn't take her name, but she was in the area of ​​drop off prescriptions. Definitely the service from her was AMAZING. She recognized that I felt bad and did her best to help me, we need more people like her! and of course without leaving behind the entire team that worked with her. Thank you so much !!

Harris Teeter located in Wilson North Carolina is a great disappointment. It's definitely the land of high prices! I no longer shop there unless I need something specific I can't find any place else.. I used to shop there all the time but all the time but can't afford it plus so many items in the produce department are rotten! I have actually complained to the customer service manager and the manager in this produced department more than one time that the produce that they're putting out on the shelves is rotten. It's amazing because they always have a man working in the produce department Putting new stock out on the shelves but the stock that they're putting out or mixing should be thrown out. One day I needed avocados and ask them to go in the back to see if they had a Box of ones that were on the shelf were all Brown and mushy. Forget trying to get waited on at the deli. It takes me longer to get waited on at the deli than it does to do all my shopping. More than once I have counted 5 to as many 7 people standing behind the counter all doing something so important others having conversations between themselves why you're the only person waiting to get deli meat yet you're ignored or told Hold on we'll be with you soon. I shopped at Harris Teeter in Chapel Hill for 20 years when I lived there and didn't have this sort of problem. When I go to my daughter's house and Charlotte we always go to Harris Teeter and it's very nice. I think they just send all their rotten food to this store.
