Not a good experience yesterday. I had my car towed in with 2 flat tires. I wanted the tires plugged. After 3+ hours, I went to ask about it. Instead of the 2020 Equinox which I had, I was listed with a 2019 Trax. No work had been done on the Equinox. Jennifer ordered tires for the car . I don't know if plugs would have worked. Anyway, the tires were $556.00 which I thought was excessive. I had no choice of tires or price. Anyway, all the work was finished exactly 4 hours after I got there at 6:30. It was a.long afternoon.

I was extremely impressed with the friendly and professionalism of the service staff. I was kept informed with the status of my vehicle through out the repair process. The repairs were finished in a timely manner as well. Also I was provided a loaner car while my truck was being worked on.I would highly recommend Hubert VesterChevrolet for any service or repair work needed. My experience was a completely satisfied one

I got our vehicle's first oil change and tire rotation at the dealership. They were quick and thorough. Also courteous. Able to accommodate my 7am appointment request. Done in an hour.

I went in to have my Equinox serviced. Everyone was super nice. When they were finished, they reminded me that I had taken out a plan to pay for oil changes. I had forgotten. I was very pleased with my visit to Hubert Vester Chevrolet. I will definitely return when I need any service.

I visited the service dept for the first time a few days ago. I had a great experience and the service was fantastic. Tyrell was there to greet me. He did a quick walk through of my car and verified what services my vehicle was scheduled for that day. Norman checked me in, he was very professional and led me to the customer service waiting area. The wait was very short since I only needed routine oil change and tire rotation. Even though my wait was short Mike introduced himself and offered shuttle service.Norman reviewed my vehicle's status at checkout and Taylor was kind enough to recheck the wear of my brake pads since I had a few questions. Very thorough job. I'll definitely be back for any repairs and preventive services in the future. Thanks guys!

I did not have an appointment but they worked me on 2 different vehicles. Very courteous and professional. I have been using their service department for years and have never been disappointed. The shuttle driver was good as well. We had a very good conversation on the trip to my house.

We arrived with our children to purchase a Tahoe that we called ahead for (we live an hour away). We arrived and saw the truck parked out front just as we were told it would be. However, a couple signed for the truck as I walked in to purchase it.This is after I have already received a text from the person on the phone that my appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm.While on the call, I told her that we were coming to PURCHASE not test drive…“ Thank you for speaking with me & scheduling your VIP Appointment! We are so excited to meet with you on 8/5/2023 at 12:30 PM. Our address is 3717 Raleigh Road PkwyWILSON, NC 27896. If anything changes, kindly let me know! When you get here, you can ask for my manager Brandon or Roger. Other than that we look forward to meeting with you! :)Reply STOP anytime to end”All they said, “Sorry…”Horrible customer service! Never going back for ANY reason!

Extremely easy and helpful dealership. We are not local to Raleigh but were looking all over for a specific Tahoe. We were able to speak to Brandon on the phone about a specific car and they held it for us and we were able to buy next day.

The customer service I received recently was great, all the employees I encountered were professional, fast and extremely courteous. Unfortunately, minutes after driving away from the dealership, an indicator light came on for my tires. Part of my visit was to rotate the tires and balance them. This is most likely an easy fix and I'm sure your techs will be happy to correct it. I do however have a request. In past visits, anytime I have an item that needs to be addressed, there is a $150 fee for a technician to do a visual inspection and diagnose the problem. This is absurd. I understand that sometimes this may be a time consuming process; however, this is the cost of doing business. This should be a courtesy for any Chevy/GM vehicle owner. I own several other vehicles, one of which is a luxury vehicle. Not only are diagnostics free, but I also receive a courtesy vehicle delivered to my front door while the problems are being addressed. Please consider doing away with the diagnostic. That fee alone is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
