I had a vehicle issue halfway through a long distance trip. As a walk-in, the service department was able to take a look at my vehicle, assess the problem, and give me a solution/plan to get me back on the road in about 20 minutes. They provided shuttle service so we could get breakfast and were able to get the work done in an hour (less than estimated). The service representative and shuttle driver were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. This is a level of customer service that should be standard. Five stars all around!!!

Purchase of a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. The only do-over, if possible, would to ask for more allowance of my trade in. It was posted at a considerable amount greater than given me. Can’t blame them as I made the decision to take the offer. Just didn’t know how rare my trade in was to the market. My sales rep, JK, was great! You can’t go wrong with a Honda. This is my second Ridgeline. A 2007 is still on the road with 370,000 miles on it. My oldest son uses it daily. This was my first purchase at Hubert Vestor.

I just bought my first new Honda, Isaiah Vick is awesome. He got us the car we wanted, worked with us to make it possible. Made sure we understand how to use all the features we got. But it is not just sale, he followed up on the us, and offered to schedule our car services as he knows it will save time.Honestly best experience, no pressure.. I will work with Hubert Vester anytime.

Me and my husband went by here thinking it would be far out of our budget and not a reasonable goal. That was until we were approached by Ron Monk. He listened to what we needed and what we could afford to pay and made it happen. It was a great experience and we will be going back when looking for our second car. Our Accord broke down on 95 in Kenly on our way back to NJ. After getting no help from AAA, Mark and Sully came to our rescue! They helped us arrange a tow to them for service, and Sully gave his Passport as a courtesy loaner so we were not stranded while waiting for our car to be repaired! We may now wind up buying a new Accord from them and trade in our current car. They were so helpful and accommodating we couldn’t believe it. They are fantastic!

Friendly and helpful! We hit a big piece of debris on 95; everything seemed fine until we stopped for lunch in Wilson and then the car made a loud rattle. Luckily we were right next to this Honda dealership. Unfortunately their service department was closed, but Brayson helpfully recommended Precision Auto nearby, who took very good care of us. Thank you!

My family and I had an awesome experience working with Hubert Vester Honda! Jeff Sullivan and Ron Monk were a great team and treated us like like family right from the start. After working with four other Honda dealerships that provided us unreasonable prices, Hubert Vester gave us one of the best deals that we couldn’t refuse; this included a top dollar value for our trade in. Other dealerships could learn a few good lessons on customer service and friendly negotiating from the Hubert Vester group! We’re super glad that we found this dealership and the four hour round trip drive was definitely well worth it! Don’t hesitate on visiting and reaching out to Hubert Vester Honda!

Spoke with them a few times prior to making appointment. Since it's far I wanted to ensure the price before wasting my time driving out there. They gave me a price and assured me that there were no markups or forced add-ons. They told me the only thing that would be added was paperwork fee and tax. Day of the appointment I try to call to call a few times to ensure the car was still available, not able to speak to anyoneEmail and leave voicemail. No response. I drive 1.5 hrs there. As soon as I get there they tell me there is someone else trying to buy it right now. Felt like a tactic to pressure me, they then tell me that the person o talked to several times gave me wrong information and that the price is actually $7k more than I was told, before tax and doc fees.

This was the easiest car buying experience we’ve had over the last 30 years. Our sales person was Grayson Ferrell. He did a fantastic job of showing us the different models of the Honda Passport. He was very knowledgeable and was able to easily explain all the vehicle features. We would not hesitate to recommend Hubert Vester Honda and Grayson Ferrell.

After recognizing their bait and switch tactics and addressing this the manager verbally accosted me outside of their building in the parking lot at the close of business. When this occurred there were three men working and I was definitely outnumbered as I had one female with me. I did not feel safe, this was the most unpleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I hate to admit but I did continue with the car purchase because I have been looking for this vehicle for almost a year. Once inside to complete the purchase the first set of purchase papers with the finance manager were incorrect and had to be corrected. You were also asked to sign stating if there are any issues, you will speak to the dealership prior to speaking to the lawyer. I have purchased four vehicles in the last two years and have never, ever been asked to sign something like this. They are also not knowledgeable of their website claims with the Seven Day Value Advantage. They are lucky that Hondas speak for themselves in value because their business tactics are suboptimal, verging being illegal, and disappointing.
