She went above and beyond as we brought our son with us, and she was understanding when it came to having a 7 year old in the jewelry store (he did great). The reason I'm giving five stars is because the sales associate took the time to walk through the store (twice) to help me find the best product for my hair appointment. She took time to look through different sections of the store -- oh my goodness, SO many options -- until we found the closest fit to the style I was getting.Anything we do can be done with care and compassion, even the small things.
