I worked for this company for years .. I take pto and I don’t get paid for it .. and nobody knows how to find out how to get me my pto check.. this is crazy

Came in to get my tire fixed after hitting a nail. The team was able to get me right in right away, and quoted me the exact price I paid before they even started. Gigi and her team easily worked around the interlock. I will definitely be using this location for their full suite of services.

Really excellent service and very friendly employees. I came in an hr before closing and was afraid they would turn me away, but they worked me in fixed an oil leak from a broken hose cause by the jiffy lube in Raleigh. They were able to dignose it, fix it, and check everything out before turning the car back to me. I will definitely return to this location

The technicians and store manager were life savers this morning. Gigi, the store manager was super understanding of our needs and made us feel comfortable with our car in their hands. Best service I have received at an automotive shop in quite some time!

I was on my way back to Raleigh. I passed Jiffy Lube in Wilson off Raleigh Road. Something told me to call them bc I was overdue an oil change. I spoke with Brook, who explained the price and process. He said he would give me a discount, so I turned around and came back from the 264 West Middlesex Exit. He demonstrated a positive attitude and very professional conduct that made me feel really good about my experience while I waited to get my oil changed. They topped off all the fluids and cleaned my window and vacuumed out my truck, and even opened the door for me to sit down and have a free drink of bottled water. They also opened the door as I exited. Anthony also gave me a great feeling about this Jiffy Lube. I'm not so sure about the manager who exchanged some words with me but never made me feel welcomed like they did. I won't comment about this particular manager any further. You need to find out for yourself? Thank you, Techs, for the excellent customer service you provide to everyone regardless of gender or race. If you two are still working there in the future, I will certainly come back.As long as those 2 Techs are working there. It certainly won't be because of the manager who was on shift that day.

By far, this location is THE BEST! From Their Customer Service to the UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM when servicing your vehicle, you will not be disappointed! I was so pleased with my experience that I hugged each member of the team before I left! This is the only place I will bring my car for oil, change, brakes, or anything else!
