The service advisor meet me at the door greeted me with welcome also did a walk around my vehicle inspection kept me informed of the service being performed on my vehicle he was very courteous and professional from the beginning to the end of my waiting.

Noah and the sales team were so helpful and patient with me when I was buying my new Jeep! I was so picky with what I wanted and they went above and beyond to locate the perfect vehicle. I always have great experience when dealing with the service team, so having exceptional service from the sales team was icing on the cake! Thanks again!!

Service was excellent. I actually arrived super early, close to lunch time. Service Manager came out and was very informative about what was going on. Process was still very quick, and will definitely return.

This was my 5th vehicle purchased at this location and I shouldn't have even looked anywhere else. Sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and willing to find the right vehicle for me. They weren't overly aggressive with forcing a purchase and weren't dismissive when it came to pricing inquiries. The financing staff were quick and provided a wealth of information based on my purchase for plans on a used vehicle. Bottom line.... you can try and shop for the lowest price but the effort put forth from the staff at Lee was worth staying local.

Terrible service experience. Kept the vehicle for 2 weeks, main reason it was brought in was NOT fixed. Vehicle went back and given the run around yet again. Would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Their service department is very unprofessional. You attempt to pay for your service with the rewards points on your Mopar card. None of the personnel know how to do it. So in the meantime, you give your wife the keys to go sit under the air conditioner. They send an employee Outside to take the keys away from her. Because the service has not been paid for yet. Basically treating you like a thief and expect you to tolerate it. Well, this cowboy don't tolerate it. That does not change the fact that I was still there paying a different way when your people took the keys from my wife like we where going to leave without paying my wife was already in truck waiting on me we would not leave without paying but your people basically thought we were dishonest which we are not I have bought 4 vehicles there in 4 years but never again

I was kinda lost on my warranty, Miss Bridget with the service desk took complete control and took care of everything, witch was a relief. She was outstanding. The best!!! My SUV was fixed and runs great. Thanks to the whole team and a big thanks too Bridget.

I'll start this review by saying I prefer to use the dealership for maintenance, because their services are reflected on the carfax report. I used to steadily go here but they changed their hours and are no longer open on Sat. I work 8-5 and a Sat morning oil change is super convenient. We are about to go on vacation so I decided to schedule an oil change online 2 days before the service.Scheduling online is a waste of time. I scheduled a synthetic blend oil change for 1030. The estimate online was around $75. I show up at 1030 and let them know I scheduled an oil change online. 1200 rolls around and I am given the bill for $106 synthetic oil change. 1.5 hours for a pre scheduled oil change, only to be given whatever oil they felt like putting in and charged $25+ more than expected.When I brought it up to the cashier that I scheduled a synthetic blend, not full synthetic, I was blown off and redirected. Their service department is chaos. Makes me question if I even got the oil I was charged for.

I'm extremely disappointed to write this review, but sadly I'm hoping to spare someone else this ordeal.Our family loves chryslers. So much so that when we decided to upgrade our chrysler town and country mini van we drove over almost an hour to purchase a chrysler pacifica from this dealership. The mini van looked very clean and had all of the bells and whistles, except a couple of things missing which the dealership promised they would order if we put a deposit down. Deposit placed, and the parts are on back order for 2+ months (still haven't received all weather floor mats not entertainment systemnremotes). A week later wre getting calls that we MUST PURCHASE or they'll return the deposit and we'll lose the van. April 1 it was purchaed. 2 days after purchase, front park assist goes bad. Sales person incorrectly advises they'll cover the repairs. Sales manager upset but honors it. 4 weeks later, check engine light for faulty fuel pressure sensor and ABS. Sales and service manager refuse to do the work under warranty or at my offered 50% split. 2 months of ownership and we have over $2000 in repairs.I don't want to call them crooks but clearly they have issues with vehicles to get them off the lot and then rush the sale to ensure they move.We warn everyone buying a used car from them and we will never be doing business with them again. Stay away from Lee CDJR dealership in Wilson!!!

My mom had to get her vehicle serviced here. Her vehicle was held overnight. No one bothered to call her to let her know her car was going to be held overnight. IThe next evening after 4 pm we kept calling to get an update our calls were unanswered. Currently it's almost closing time the next day my mom is still waiting on her car. She had to get a rude to and from work. The lack uf updates and communication left a bad taste in my mouth about this place. Of course everyplace can be all smiles when it comes to sales but you should be just as professional when it comes to servicing vehicles.

Chris was my service advisor. He understood my concerns and checked my vehicle. Found the problem right away. We scheduled it in for service and the issues I had were taken care of. Great dealership to work with. They do all the oil changes and tire rotations as well.
