I frequently shop at Lowe's and appreciate the app and employees making it easy to find what I need. This is easily the worst Lowe's I've visited. Items that show in stock are nowhere to be found. Items are not in the location marked in the app. I found one employee who could help tell me where something was located. Not a good example of a normally well represented brand.

I have had good experiences with this location but its not consistent. Possible understaffed or just poorly managed? Online orders are not ready when notified they were, in some cases no one is working on the curbside or pickup area.

Went to the Lowe's in Wilson NC to purchase 3 wooden fence posts and 6 wooden rails. The problem started over the phone when I called to confirm they had the items in stock I needed. Talked to 3 people that did not know what a fence post was. Once assured by the 4th person I spoke with over the phone that they had the items I drove the 30 miles to get there. Once there Items where not in stock, waited 1 1/2 hour to finally get some one to locate them in the back storage lot. I asked to speak with the manager 3 different times would not allow me to speak to him. Most Lowe's are bad shopping experience locations to start with but the Lowe's in Wilson sucks, that's the only way to put it. I will go to Home Depot next time.

Called trying to speak with someone in flooring, got set to the customer service desk and after waiting for quite some time I spoke with a lady who said they had some in stock but someone in flooring must check the store. So she forwarded me where I waited more just to hear someone pick up the phone and hang up. I see the ratings of this store. But you could atleast not be rude about it

I came to Lowe's in Wilson Nc. after moving here from Myrtle Beach. There was a young lady from customer service that helped my fiancé and I to find a transaction that was from last year, her name was Val. She went beyond her customer service skills to find this receipt we needed since we lost the original one. We needed it so we could have it with an issue we have with the refrigerator last June of 2022 we purchased at Lowes. She was very friendly and determined to figure it out. Well, she definitely figured it out after about 20 minutes with us. She is an excellent employee and because of her this Lowes will be my place to shop. Thank you, Val for your dedication and desire to help us. Your are good with people and very positive in helping others. Lowes Home improvement is very fortunate to have you.

This is the worst place in Wilson to do business with. They could care less about the people walking around begging fur someone ti help them! I'm a "Pro" customer and spend a large amount of money there yearly, or I use to! They have no idea how to do a job and management don't have a clue how to manage a store. I have met with the store managers 3 or 4 times with a problem they caused and it was up to me to fix it. They either didn't know how or just didn't care. They costed me $1,800 in real money bc of their mistake but I had to fix it and was told sorry but we can't do anything about your loss.... It was so bad I called their corporate office which is something I've never done before and they took my complaint and that was the end of it. I wish Home Depot was closer bc I would never ever step foot in that store again!! And if I think it's bad the employees hate working there. I've talked to many of them and they've all said management just don't care l. It shows!! Wilson deserves better then this!!! Please Home Depot come back to Wilson!!! Please please please!!! We need you!

I understand the shortage in the current labor market however if management allows customer service to be as bad as I experienced today, everyone loses. Wilson, NC has one big box store for home remodeling needs. The poor service I received from "LEON" today is an indication that they know they are the only game in town. The department was not even busy with multiple customers but LEON was overly occupied with one person who I later learned was a previous employee. LEON never lifted his body from his cushy seat to personally assist us. We directed our questions to him and he did find time to key in our request and provide an answer. However he never moved from the seat, asked any follow up questions or for that matter showed any interest in the products we inquired about to ascertain that we were clearly ready to spend approximately $1000.00 in-store. So we left. That other orange big store is 40 min away but I'll take my chances. Thanks but no thanks LEON. Enjoy your cushy chair but not on my dime.

This store in Wilson is only still open because no comp in area The staff is constantly rude or avoiding customers. The problem is management and long term employees that as well as new employees who are learning this behavior from the tenured associates

Trying to get help every one hide and when you finally get someone they tell you oh hold on let me get somebody from that specific aisle 30 minutes later , have to look for someone again

Ordered a grill and accessories for store pick up 3 days ago. Order says in progress still and no one can help me in the store or knows what the hold up is. Candace the associate helping twice has been the absolute rudest individual ever. I will NOT shop there again.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I will be taking my home improvement needs elsewhere from now on. I was transferred almost a dozen times to a department that didn't answer the phone and customer service kept sending me back there anyway without saying a word. Employees are rude and unhelpful. This was 2 days after I was left waiting for 45 minutes for an issue that took 5 minutes. Lowes, do better.

I had the worst curbside service imaginable. It began when I thought I was doing the smart, most efficient way of picking up an order that was ready. It was a large item that I wouldn't be able to carry myself. I used the Lowe's app while at home and followed the prompts which included I was on my way along with my order number so they could pull it in advance. Arrived at the curbside parking space and keyed in more info. Received a msg that the server was down and was told to go to customer service which defeats the purpose of having it brought to me with less exposure to possible COVID. I ended up calling the number on the curbside sign and spoke with a girl who asked for my order number and parking space number, and then told me to hold while she locates my order. She then hung up on me. I waited a few minutes to see if she'd call back. When she didn't, I called her, identified myself and said we were disconnected. That's when she about bit my head off and raised her voice telling me she said for me to hang up (she did not say this) and my order would be brought out to me when located. 20 minutes later a much nicer person brought it out. Long story short, curbside delivery was a bust, and very rude customer service. I will order from another company next time.

Looking for a specific item, store was in a reset on range tops, asked the service associate (after waiting more than 30 minutes to find one) if they had it in stock. The associate- "Princess" replies "was it on display? then no!"- this is after spending $1500 on washer and dryer, and having to go out of my way to get the details on the delivery. My frustration lies in the complete lack of Lowe's associates providing me, the customer, with the tools and information that I needed in order to obtain and fulfill my needs. I had to complete that task myself, going out of my way to go to the department multiple times and to call for the information on my delivery, and still not getting complete information even then! I will not be returning to Lowe's in Wilson, and it is due to the lack of service and follow through.

Do not shop at Lowe's in Wilson, NC. I bought a freezer that was in stock. It was scheduled for delivery. On the date it was to be delivered, I was called and told they didn't have it in stock. Three people saw my freezer one of them being a manager. My name was put on it. They sold it to me and then turned around and sold it to someone else. The manager didn't care and wouldn't give me the number for corporate. I got the number for corporate myself. After holding for 2 hrs and 3 minutes I hung up. I called the store and after holding for 30 minutes I hung up. Two years prior I ordered a refrigerator. I was told two or three times that it was on the truck for delivery only to find out at 7pm that it had never been ordered. Customer service is horrible needless to say. I will not buy anything from them again.
