As usual, it's Lowe's. But I was able to get what I needed for the job I was on. It was clean and well lit and almost enough employees to help customers.

No cashiers, self checkout monitors to busy talking to each other to help customers. No management could be found, Lowes customer service has gone extinct! The past it has gone from hard to find to damn near zero. At least at the Wilson location. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Home depot, until they do away with their cashiers. Then I will figure something else out.

Waited over two weeks for a washer that was delayed twice and the website won’t let me cancel my order called customer service to get put on hold for a hour just to tell me they don’t know how or when I’ll get it. Don’t know when they became a showroom

Now I do like going to Lowes but yesterday 12/5 I had a unpleasant visit. There was two customers in front of me and the cashier decided she would keep holding conversation on her phone (watch). Self ck out had long lines so I felt this would be quicker and I was wrong. If they are allowed to have their phones ok...but have sense enough to do your job first. So I always use my email for my receipt just in case my husband need to take something back but your cashier decided she would decided for me and quickly pushed print...I love this feature no matter where I go...I don't need the cashier deciding for me. She made her own line long by holding conversation instead of waiting on the people in line. I really hope that you can get this situation corrected. It won't Stop me from shopping there but I really didn't appreciate it.Mrs. Y.Collins

This is the main hardware store where I'm from. I can usually find what I'm looking for when I go. They recently moved everything around so I have to re-learn the store but thats okay. Like everything elese i have noticed that its hard to find help in the store, especially knowledgeable help. Yeah sure you may find a person but they won't be able to assist you in the department you need and the next person with be in until the afternoon shift... its a little frustrating at times. Other than that I highly recommend this store. The staff that is there is usually very nice and welcoming.
