“I was very impressed by the the helpful service over the phone and in person at the office of TL Herring. I had heard about their country sausage and wanted to try some and they were happy to help by selling me a 5lb box of hot. I cooked it today and it was amazing. It was great to see someone sale country sausage and it actually lives up to the reputation that I have heard about. The hot had a good mix of red pepper and sage flavor but not too much. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back for more and I would highly recommend it if you haven't already tried some.”
