The young lady at the metro store is very very rude I work for this company and today being the 14th day of September 2024 the young lady that’s in the store at 10:35am is very very rude and disrespectful when asked to speak to her District manager she gave me the name John and when I asked for her name she hung up in my face!!! Me being in customer service for 20 years I have never had that done to me… I thought the rumors about how rude they are in the Wilson store was not true but it’s very true even after I let her know I work at metro in Rocky mount she was still rude as they come something needs to be done about her it’s very unprofessional and distasteful

Was supposed to open at 10:00, the manager with the key had not shown up, but the assistant finally walked off with her boyfriend at 10:15. I left.

Forcing customers to buy knockoff accessories or denying to sell phone. I was charged in total about $180 for knockoff accessories that don’t even work. When went to return, was only offered exchange of products worth way less the original amount I paid. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau soon, keep looking for it. Your receipt says 14 day return policy so you need to honor it. I won’t let it go without a legal action

Ask for your receipt and look it over. I went in to get a new phone and they tried to give me a “free case and charger” which I declined. I asked for my receipt and saw there was $50 charge for the charge that was “free” I went back and pointed it out and he said he had charge me for the accessories that I didn’t get.
