“Tatyana was very knowledgeable about her job , and she answered every question I asked. She was patience with me. Most of all before my feet hit the carpet of the store she was on it. Nice tone that makes customers feel welcome. She is to be commended, it is not easy dealing with the public, but she has what it takes. Good customer service people like her are hard to find. It should be taken into strong consideration to pay her what she’s worth. She deserves a raise for real. I’ve been a public service worker now for 28.4 years, and my boss pays me for my worth.
