Came yesterday the open sign was on door was unlocked walked in an was told they were closed this has also happened times before if you are not open please turn the open sign off am lock the door instead of catching an attitude with me

They have Worst lash women ever I paid 55$ ts came off n 2 days went back she tried to accuse me of never coming there then said if I pay here 20$ more she will do it I payed her and they off again less than 2 days N what make it so bad they got roaches!

First off let me say if I could give it 0 stars I would!!! I wanted to try something new I came across this nail salon with very good reviews.. DONT believe the hype. When you first walk in there’s a sign with $5 off service for a google review and that’s why they got so many reviews. Me & my mom came at 10:30am was told it will be a little over a hour wait. I told the receptionists that’s fine we will go get something to eat came back about 11:50 the receptionists said 25 more mins so I said cool we will be outside..within 5 mins she came outside and said it will be another hour I kindly asked why she said the 2 ladies that walked in at 11:55 had came in yesterday and was not seen so they came in at 11:55 and now she wants to take them in since they came the day before!!! This is very unprofessional && I don’t recommend anybody else to come here . I did see a review similar to mine before I went but everybody experience is different so I said let me try it because it was a lot of good reviews I was totally wrong!

Found this place based off of reviews since I’m new to the area. I got my nails done 5 weeks ago with liquid gel and they lasted so long and I got some awesome compliments. My problem isn’t with my nails, it’s with how they operate their business. They do not take appointments and are only open thurs-Sunday. Their hours are 10-7 and on Sunday 12-5. I came in on Saturday to get my nails done and I was asked to return 4 hours later due to them waiting on other walk ins who came before me to come back. I was not able to return later that evening. So because Sunday was a holiday I had no choice but to hold out another 5 days until they were open again on Thursday. I let them know I would be returning Thursday after work. I arrived today (Thursday) at 5:35pm after driving an hour from work to be told they were closed while there was still almost an hour and half left of their business hours and 3 women receiving pedicures by 3 different techs. My tech asked me to return tomorrow because they were closed. When I asked her about the business hours she told me they were still working on clients and wouldn’t be taking anymore. This is poor business and as much as I liked my first set by them, I will not be returning and anyone I have told about this place, I will deter them from coming here to save them the headache and gas $ from being turned away more than 1x. Beware before you show up.

The atmosphere of this place is beautiful. Very neat and clean..I was greeted and felt welcomed soon as I open the door.. There was no crowd. I was seated as soon as I got in which was a plus. They had a Nice variety of colors and scrubs... I did have a small (10 minutes)wait for someone to come do my pedicure but I was patient.. overall I will come back the service was excellent. Ask for Andy she's amazing ❗
