My son is 4 yrs old and he had to use the bathroom, he isn't able to hold it. I understand policies, I work in retail and I am willing to make exceptions for kids. These young women were so rude to us, I couldn't believe it. I told one of the ladies that he really has to go and she responded with, " he doesn't look like he has to pee". I will never go back.

Visited Wilson, NC Rack Room store twice today & on both occasions, while spending my hard earned money, I received distasteful behavior from an employee named Angelica. I will gladly take the time to drive the 45 minutes to get better customer service where I will spend my hard earned money.

Staff is not helpful at all, 3 people working and not one person spoke to us or offered to help us in anyway even when we checked out they just continued their own personal conversation about how they where going to buy shoes for their families for Christmas because they get 40% off.

This place is amazing!! Everyday it's buy one get one free!! On pretty much everything in the store!! Can't go wrong! All name brand stuff! Great buy!! Very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you I will be back tomorrow to buy more shoes and ship them back home! ??????
