I never had a problem with this store. I always take my kids to shop here but not myself. I was disappointed of their return policy. I brought a shirt bodysuit and managed to pick up the wrong size. I never tried it on or anything. Mistake on my behalf. But I thought I had the right size. I get into the store to exchanged it to the size I needed and was told no we don't return bodysuit. That once it leave the store the sale is finally. First of all It was mistake of mine to have pick up the wrong size. 2nd there isn't a dress room for others to even try on something if they wanted too with that bizarre policy and 3rd I will not shop here again. I am stuck with a piece that I cannot wear or get my money back from.

I walked into this store on April 25, 2024, and I fell in love with the dresses! I was greeted by an employee who mentioned she had been working there for 7 (or was it 5?) years. She was marvelously polite, enthusiastic and helpful. I loved the classic hip hop & r&b music they had playing in the store while I shopped. “We have Pandora playing!,” she mentioned. I was there late in the day, from 7 pm until closing. There were a couple other employees there. Now, I returned Saturday afternoon around 4 pm all dolled-up wearing a dress I purchased from this Rainbow store; to my surprise, none of the 3 or 4 present employees acknowledged it. I did not see that single cheerful employee (I came to realize she was the only truly welcoming employee). I honestly felt uncomfortable given the present employees’ apathy. Anyway, I returned to purchase another dress, and I also attempted to return several I purchased Thursday as they were too long (it’s bizarre to me Rainbow’s fitting rooms aren’t operational—we’re past COVID, people). However, I didn’t have the physical card on me, and the return was not possible. To my disappointment, I was forced to return to this unpleasant environment one last time today (April 28, 2024) with my card handy to receive my refund. The single employee with amazing energy was absent again. A heavy-set woman with cornrows wearing all black ran my transaction (see attached operator user id), and again, I felt un-welcomed. She was unmannerly, didn’t smile once, and gave the impression she was annoyed (sighs). I was disgusted, sincerely, because albeit the store is organized and clean, the majority of employees lack regard for their customers—absolutely appalling.

I give this opinion because I went to the store to change a shirt, I chose other items of clothing and they charged me the total for everything without deducting what the shirt cost me, I realized when I got home

I love Rainbow stores because they always have the clothing I want in stock. I make it my business to travel to other Rainbow stores in multiple cities and different locations. I will visit more locations to add more to my clothing haul???

I went to this rainbow the staff there don't wanna work they just want a check. cu'z i bought a two clothes there i left hanger to the stand and the cashier told me get it.

I love Rainbows ! They have plenty of choices to choose from . Honestly , there have been times where if I didn't find anything after minutes of shopping . I would just leave and come back another day - but for the most part , shopping here is easy , affordable and you can even shop for the kiddos as well ( they may have men's clothing - but Im not sure being that I've never asked ! ) You'll walk out with a w h o l e outfit ! And you'll be cute with it too ! :)

This particular store was clean, organized and had a great selection of clothing. Unlike the other Rainbow locations, this one has professional style clothes.The only drawback is that they obviously don’t train their employees on etiquette. No one greets you when you walk in or asks if you need help. The girl at the counter was on her phone the whole time and had a dull & dismissive attitude.
