This older white lady was so mf rude ..it was funny because when I went up to the front , all the employees already know who I was speaking about …looked at other comments and there is a picture of her with the same comment LOL does management not care? So ready for this location to be shut df down..has not been the same since the mall was open !

This is the rudest lady ever at Roses!! I went to the front to complain about her being rude and her nasty attitude and it’s sad that the cashier said that she gets several complaints and a lot of people thinks she’s racist. I spoke with manager and she said she would handle situation. Pretty sure nothing happened!!

I have been to alot of Roses department stores in my lifetime. However, I will say this location is pretty mind boggling. Why do I say that? Well, normally a Roses department store is located in a lower income neighborhood within a run down building - providing some of the basic necessities for a family. This location was a complete surprise! They had a very large furniture selection with pieces from Ashley's furniture, rugs, and more. It puts you in mind of Ollie's (if you are familiar with them). The store is huge and very well maintained. Shelves well stocked, floors clean, items located with ease for the customer to find. It's nothing like what I remember going up to visit when in certain areas. I would say things were priced pretty well for what's being offered.

One occasion someone announced over the head," Don't let me have to call again". Another day the cashier in the back was to busy talking to an older man sitting on a stool, horrible customer service. . The same lady kept yelling " I'm going to the bathroom." Drama in this store. These occasions mess up the hard workers.
