The store is nice and clean with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. Shoppers can find cute items and often walk out with more than they planned. However, visits can include long waits at checkout with few cashiers and long waits for the dressing rooms, which may be limited. Sometimes, shoppers do not find everything they are looking for. Overall, it provides a good shopping experience.
This location was the cleanest, neatest Ross that I have ever visited and I'm sure I have been to at least 15 locations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be returning soon
