Waited 20 minutes for just a cup of fries and ended up just getting a refund and leaving without them because they were taking so long. 2 girls in the back, 1 was just standing there leaning on the counter not doing anything. Worst Sheetz service i’ve experienced.

Regardless of a policy i was not given an ID to be declined to be declined to buy an item that requires you to be 21 bc i had a 20 year old with me the bottle was a LATE gift for a birthday Girl that was of age why sell things we can’t buy then there is a patrol cop in there that’s thinks he big dawg decided to tell us we will get locked up for trespassing if we come back WYM so i can’t get gas WTH my business will be going elsewhere not even from out here nd the way i was profiled today was outrageous

Rude young woman in black with red cap at the register. I went to scan my purchase like I always do and she was rude and said she had to scan me in. No other employee has ever interacted with me in this manner very disappointed two stars

Second time stopping here. Both times bad experience with ordering a milkshake. First time it was milk not frozen and took about 15 minutes to get. This time cashier told us so we cancelled the order. I understand sometimes being short handed. The ladies in there acted like they are doing their best. It's not employee but the lack of employees. Sometimes people don't have time to wait 15 minutes for food.

Listen I constantly go here and while the staff is great, the food is sub par. My order is always missing something, has something on it that shouldn’t be, or is missing an ingredient. This time, I was missing my garlic sauce and onion petals and my sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have mayo on it BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC has mayo on it. Count your days Sheetz. As soon as Wawa opens up, you’ll never see me again

The only request is for more restrooms. This is the only gas station or convenience store for miles. The line to the restroom was very long. Otherwise, it was fantastic. It was well staffed, fully stocked, and clean.

Stopped here on the way and was pleased to see a changing station AND a child restraint in the men's room. My toddler is feral and it would have been perfect if my wife want in the car.
Restroom was MOSTLY clean, but did smell very clean so there's that too.

Man they make me embarrassed to tell anybody to come to Sheetz in Wilson 1:00 a.m. trying to order food it ain't nothing like the commercial experience. The women at the register with a ring in her bottom lip has a deplorable temper and gaze worst attitude I ever encountered on a Caucasian woman in North Carolina hence the reason for the two stars review. I needed my money back because I refuse to try to sit there and choke down some food from this place with a temper like that between me and my plate.

All I wanted to do is see what kind of sandwiches they had before going to the store. Website sucks big time. No menu online. Maybe I need to go to Mc Ds they have an online menu at least
