This place is easily one of the dirtiest gas stations. Bathrooms are always filthy, no toilet paper, and smelly. Because of how dirty this place is I certainly do not trust buying food from them. The only thing going for this place is the low gas price and location. If you need more than just gas, I would go somewhere else.

Sheetz in Wilson NC on Forest Hills Rd seems to always have the least expensive gas in North Carolina that I have seen or heard of ! Has ~14 pumps.Their 88 octane gas has been close to $3.00/gallon for most of the past 12 months ! ! Highest I remember was ~3.50/gal a few times(for 1 to 2 weeks usually)Usually quick in and out.The only thing I don't like is IF you want to FILL-up PAYING CASH ! You must guess how much to pre-pay, then pump, then wait in line again to get refunded the difference.Has various take out foods and many convenient store type items.I believe it's Open 24/365

Air machine needs maintenance says 35 psi put 50 in my tires???? Employee smoking weed during break didn't care to hear about it as I let the pressure out. Do better! Be better! Or idc if air is free & gas is free I'll go elsewhere! This place hasn't impressed me in 2 yrs I need to just stop thinking maybe this time it will be good, more like good bye**We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback. Car wash is broke down a lot. Very frustrating to drive across town and it's not working. If I have to go to another car wash I go ahead and buy my gas there too.

Clean place can’t wait to check out the rewards when I download the app I love free stuff just keep in mind when at the pumps if you’re car can take flex fuel or not don’t want you to mess up your car by using the wrong kind of fuel so check online because a 2022 Accord sport needs some kit before it’s able to accept it ?? ?

Wait 20 minutes for my online order for them to tell me next time ask the cashier for my online order and don't look for it in the online order area. I got a salad and some wings so my salad is hot and my wings are cold. Thanks

Every time I've been for the last two months, except once, there have been incredibly long lines, broken machines, no one actively checking anyone out, incredulously long wait times, and insanely rude staff. I've waited on food orders for over 40 minutes each time and I watched a guy wait 35 minutes for 2 hot dogs, they weren't even special, just hot dogs with chili and that's it.This past time while waiting over 40 minutes, 4 orders came out wrong,(including mine), and one lady was on lunch break, had already waited 20+ minutes to be given something she was incapable of eating, and had to get a refund because she physically did not have the time on her break to wait for a remake.It's ridiculous how bad this Sheetz has gotten given how good it used to be a few years ago. If this keeps up I won't be surprised at all to see the upcoming WaWa take away all of their business.

This is the worst Sheets I have ever been to. Zero amenities for cleaning your windshield because the liquid trays were empty but the trash cans were full. The bathroom is DISGUSTING to the point I wouldn’t even wash my hands (thank you, hand sanitizer). I will spare you pictures of the bathroom (you’re welcome). I will never spend another dime at this dump. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed of themselves and fired IMMEDIATELY!!!

I really don't like the self checkout when I wait for the one real person working checkout I don't expect to have to bag my own items I am not your employee stop expecting us to check ourselves out and bag our items .I hope this is not your future business model for all stores

Very friendly Stagg. However, I evidently ordered a cardboard, bacon and cheese croissant! It's not the first, and I'm sure not the last 3 dollars I will waste, but still... do better! This croissant is literally like cardboard.

Worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to. Ordered on Sheetz App and said to pick up at 3:41am. When I got there, there were only two people in the store and one person waiting in line. My order was not in the mobile pick up area they let it sit behind the counter. As I’m waiting about 10-12 orders have been made and nothing, while everyone that came in after me are leaving with their orders. The two employees kept walking back and forth as I’m standing at the counter and no one asks what am I waiting on. I finally got my order over 35 mins later.

On 10/18/22 @ 6:30pm Mobile Order #62575834. I went in to pick up a mobile order that I pre-paid for. A quick coffee. It was sitting behind the counter and not in the mobile order pick-up area, so I had to find someone to ask about it. When I asked the supervisor (who had walked past me twice with an attitude) for a mobile order she rolled her eyes at me— I guess she didn’t want to be bothered. When I said “thank you” when she aggressively handed me my coffee she rolled her eyes at me AGAIN. What did I do to deserve such ugly behavior? I’m on the go, so I don’t have time for dramatics. And tried to make this convenient as possible for myself and the employees by using the mobile app and paying ahead. She has a bad attitude and it ruined my mood for the evening. I didn’t catch her name but I did notice “supervisor” on her black shirt. Hopefully whatever caused her that uncalled attitude against me is better now, and her mood is customer service friendly, but going forward I’ll go to another place for my coffee.
