Smokers Palace is a well-supplied smoke shop located in a strip mall with ample parking. It is a great place for cigars, featuring an excellent selection of higher-end brands like Gurkha, Rocky Patel, Aging Room, Romeo y Julieta, AVO, and Arturo Fuente. The shop has both a walk-in humidor and a humidor along the wall, which is very well organized and managed to feel at the right humidity, with cigars that are well taken care of. The prices are considered fairly priced and in line with convenience, with a good markup for receiving a product immediately. The business also includes a private, inviting lounge where customers can enjoy a purchased cigar. The lounge is nicely put together with comfortable seating, TV, and decor, and it is on par with other notable cigar lounges. Beyond cigars, it is a full smoke shop with an accessories aisle containing everything smokers need, including Kratom, hookah pipes, filler tobacco, and CBD. The staff and owner are described as amazing, extremely helpful, very friendly, attentive, pleasant, and upfront. They are willing to accept back a bad product if the situation arises. The overall experience is consistently praised, making it a definite stop and a go-to shop for both locals and visitors.
