I have been coming to this store for the past 3 years, 5 days a week. I have seen employees come and go, but this new bunch🤦🏾♀️ I get my coffee from here every morning and to avoid being crowded when the truckers and other customers come in to get their coffee I just put my coffee in a bag and fix it when I get to work. The previous manager when I would do this told me I didn't have to pay for it at all, I didn't mind. But today I was really running behind and was told I would have to pay for my cream. Now mind you I see the manager every day when I go in there, so instead if her telling me she had one of the new girls tell me. She was rude when I was trying to explain to her why I don't put my cream in my coffee in the store and made the comment if me taking the extra cream home ( I don't I go to work). I asked for the general manager name she gave it to me, but made it very clear that she would tell me the same thing that I would have to be charged for my "extra" cream. The conversation became short and dismissive. I come to this store because it's close to work I can get in and out avoiding the long line, but hey today the self check out was even down. It seems like they were waiting for me to come in so the specific cashier could do her dirty work. I think they all need to be retrained on customer service 101.

Not sure of the position but Liz has the worst attitude..not very people friendly and doesn't interact with her customers..poor attitude all around..other than that store is clean n food is good for a gas station

Ice is free if you have your own cup & maybe y’all should train your employees to know that like every other speedway in the world. Poured it right back out & got gas only. I will not pay for something I’m not charged for at any other speedway. I travel state to state and have only ran into this problem at one store. Also store is disgusting & smells like butt.

I don't know what y'all did up in here, but I see some new faces I've been here and it's awesome. These gals are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. It's like a breath of fresh air up in here. ?????

Went in for service with granddaughter, she picked out a drink,I got a lottery ticket and asked for a game grape, she would not sell me the game grape unless my granddaughter had an ID, no problem with the lottery ticket though ,it is messed up, very disappointed with service, will never go back to that store again...I would like to know what the response was on this review I am 65 yrs.old and don't expect to not be denied service for something that I am buying for myself.

Usually I have a great experience everytime I stop there which is alot considering I buy truck fuel there, alot , and everyone is usually nice, but sometimes the attitudes the customers get from employees kinda suck , like it's a bother, Like this morning I went in , told them I needed reefer fuel, the one lady said ok, Ill have to give you 2 receipts, ok , thats fine, because she couldnt get my rewards card to swipe and had to write the number down, I left went to drop my trailer came back with another trailer and that needed fuel, I went in told the girl I needed some reefer fuel, gave her my cards, she asked for me truck # , and said we have to write your number down on the receipt, ok, I went out to pump the fuel, came back in, she proceeded to print receipts, she layed one on the counter Handed me the other, now earlier the 1st lady had gave me 2 receipts so I grabbed for the one on the counter and this 2nd girl snatched it from me without saying anything and have it to another customer, apparently it was his, I apologized and says I thought it was my 2nd copy like 30 mins before from the 1st lady, the 2nd girl caught an attitude and was like "we only print 2 copies, Whatchu want, another one ? "Totally uncalled for customer interaction, Quadisha was her name I think, but some of your help needs some customer service training ...

Please stop shutting the store down at night when you are suppose to be open. Once again tonight after work I stopped and it was a ghost town. Sign on the door “Be Back In 30 Minutes”. I understand emergencies BUT this happens very often. Also, please train to do gift cards. I like to get them and can’t half the time bc they don’t know how to ring them up or reload them. It gets extremely frustrating.

So I was in Wilson at Speedway yesterday as I was hanging up the pump I noticed the dollars moving and so did the gallons. I wasn't even pumping anymore. Before I begin to pump full out I was pump 1 gallon and make sure the dollars add up. I was upset so I go inside and they tell me I have to call customer service and there is nothing they can do about it. I said the least yall could have done was put a sign on it in which they said "that pump just got fixed today". I said clearly it's not. Before I left I told them to put a sign on the pump and they were in no hurry to do so and for all I know they didn't. I'm sure more people were bamboozled out of money. Every extra bit of change adds up. Stay away from pump #6.
