I travel about 1000 miles per week with my job and I have to be able to depend on my company car. I was afraid they were going to be too busy and turn me away since I did not have an appointment. They did not turn me away. They were very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had me on my way in just a few hours.”

“Returned my car for a switch that failed from previous repair. They repaired the switch and corrected several things that could have caused the failure and all for no charge.”
“I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments and walk-ins. Fantastic customer service and I’ll be returning for the other two tires next month!”

“Had a tire on our 40ft camper peel off completely. We pulled off of an exit in Warsaw N.C and found you. Amazing luck and timing. Everyone was kind.
