Abraham Baez... this guy was amazing! He made car shopping a stress free and enjoyable experience! I had unfortunately gotten hit by an uninsured driver and that whole thing was a whirlwind to go through, but once I got to Hubert Vester in Wilson it made a world of difference. Abraham helped me find the perfect car! I couldn't be happier. The whole crew provided a seamless experience, even weeks after I left... they answered my questions quickly and efficiently . When I came to sign papers they knew we were in a rush to get to an important event and they moved quickly and still made sure every bit of paper work was as it should be for me to sign. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for used or new cars! It was like working with someone you've known for a long time! And ask for Abraham!

I always use Toyota Rental Service went I need to rent a car. They are easier to work with than the other rental companies. They always have your car ready for you when you need it and the cars are very nice and clean. A++++ service

I've been trying to contact someone for two weeks to arrange an appointment, but cannot get through to the service department. No one answers and the voicemail box isn't accepting messages. I sent a message via the chat feature and never heard back.

Sale experience was awesome! However once my car hit 30,000 miles they said I no longer had free oil changes!! Which when I purchased my car I was told I had free lifetime oil changes, which I informed the lady at customer service when I was checking out. Her response is you will have to pull up the paperwork signed to show proof. I was like show proof??? I bought the car here, shouldn't that be on my file?? I was like whatever. Oh yeah also at 30000 miles they said I needed new tires . What kind of tires were on my brand new car that I bought that only made it 30,000 miles!! I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone

Do not waste your time here, or regret it like I do. I want to give a shoutout to the sales guy in the photo - he was the only positive aspect of my experience at this dealership. Unfortunately, my interactions with Dylan, the sales manager, and Carley were less than satisfactory. Despite being told that a 2023 Prius was available, I drove all the way from Cary this morning - a 1.5 hour trip from my home near Fuquay - only to find out that there was no such car on the lot. I had tried to reach the dealership by phone without success, but was able to communicate via text and email. I made it clear that I was willing to buy a car that day if I liked it, as I needed a vehicle by the weekend. Unfortunately, it seems that my purchase won't be happening today, and I'm left with the option of either waiting a week to buy a car in Apex near my home, or traveling to Fayetteville to purchase one from another dealership. Additionally, the dealership owes me $30 for the gas I spent on this wasted trip. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership.

On Saturday Jan 14, 2023 I purchased a used 2019 Ford Ranger from HV Toyota with the help of Ola Williams. Ola did an outstanding job. He and his support team made everything amazingly easy. During the process, they gave me more than I expected for my trade which made the transaction all the more pleasant. I'm very pleased with the transaction and would highly recommend anyone thinking of working with Hubert Vester Toyota for their next vehicle to contact Ola and work with him and his team. You won't be disappointed.

After ordering with the all the options I wanted and waiting a month for it to arrive excited we went to pickup the car with all insurance documentation I arrive to find out they had sold the car to someone else, it took a month to get my deposit back. Horrible experience. Now I'm so much happier to find a dealership that got exactly all the options I wanted. My Honda CRV from Davenport Honda is awesome and they treated me and my family with the upmost respect they also showed how a customer's time is of the upmost value. I love the new color also! We took our prius in for a recall. There were enough employees that we didnt have to stand in a line to get checked in. The employees were nice. The dealership has plenty of comfortable seats to sit in while you wait. Couple vending machines to grab a drink or snack , also have coffee. Checkout was just as fast as check in. Very good experience. This will be our new dealership for service on our car.Willie S.Pikeville, NC

Took my car to get an oil change from Hubert Vester Toyota. That is all they did. I was missing the service and care that I had received from other Toyota service dealerships. No lubricating fittings, top-off all oil fluids, etc. I walked away with just the oil change. Nothing extra. I left very disappointed. I will not be a return customer. If you show me you can't go the extra mile to service my care, how would you treat me as a customer who walks into your shop to buy a car? I'll pass.
