If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought these for my elderly father with Alzheimer’s disease. He absolutely soaked right through them. I contacted the company the next day and heard nothing back from them. Very expensive terrible product and customer service.

There is NO WAY the pads absorb up to 70 oz of urine, not even close!! I bought them thinking if they would absorb half of that amount, I could live with it!! You did absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I've purchased the LivDry nighttime protective underwear for men twice. This product has enabled me to get more sleep at night because my husband stays drier longer than the other brands I was using. I need to change him only once during the night instead of 3 times. The product is soft, absorbent, and the elastic fits while not being uncomfortably tight on his legs. It holds at least 3x more volume than other brands. I will keep using these at night and highly recommend them to anyone needing such products.

These are definitely decent product, but I had 2 problems. Let me start by saying they're definitely very absorbent, the 1st problem is right there, while the product does well absorbing liquid, it stays wet, very wet. My 2nd problem is the noise. Yes, these are very noisy, even under heavy clothing. Other than freezing walking around because these things stay wet, it's a okay product.
