I like going to the UPS store here in Wilson on west Nash St. They get you in and out, you’re not gonna be in line long. They are always helpful and friendly. I go there quite often and always the same positive energy. A thumbs up and definitely 5 stars!

I have been going to ups for about 4 years now as a Partystore owner, the older staff are more than helpful to me when I go in. Sometimes products have to be shipped to customers and sometimes I have returns. So tonight I went in about 623. One of my codes didn’t download correctly so I said let me step to the side and fix it. The girl with the fro comes over rushing me like hurry up, if I need to call Amazon they aren’t going to answer. For one I wasn’t calling them. I am a business owner so I knew what to do to fix my code. So I said you are in the wrong business i have this under control. She said no you are going to have to pay. I said no I’m not I downloaded the wrong code. Long story short she stated we will see. Playing gangster rap music on her phone laughing. I’m beyond pissed and disappointed with ups. Is this what you guys have representing your store????? Run your cameras back and please do customer service training. She could never work for me.

They have always been polite. They always greet me when I come in and say we'll be right with you. Service is quick and I love that they always give me a receipt. All UPS stores do not give receipts.

I give them a one star because I went in the store today 7/27/2023 walk in the store no other customers but me .... I walk in 3 employees laughing and talking no one greeted me. I'm in line one lady said we'll be with you in a moment. 20 seconds or so the guy called me up and I have 2 Amazon returns.... He asked me do I want to purchase a bag or send it as is... I asked which one should I do... He said either it's your return. I said well send it like it is and he acted like I said something wrong

Sent many items & returns through this store over many years. Always got and still get friendly, helpful, efficient, effective services as well as UPS very quick shipment arrival.

Instead of being treated like a guest or a customer, I was treated like an inconvenience at the Wilson UPS store.I had placed an order online for some documents to be printed and needed an envelope sent internationally. I brought my order confirmation email and information as indicated on their website. I am a working person as well and recognize it is a Friday, so I show up at 5:15 so as not to show up too close to closing time.I ask the front desk employee about sending my envelope internationally and she responds, "You'd better just come back tomorrow." All the other employees echo that none of them know how to send a package internationally, so they can't do it. How is this franchise training their employees? Clearly, not very well.I show the woman at the front my desk my order, which all the employees tell me that I must not have sent it to the right store (I did, UPS store #4108) and that the previous night's employees must have thrown away my printed order. I ask if I could send the documents to them now, to which an employee responds, "We can't print what we don't have."Frankly, I do not like to leave bad reviews or talk badly about businesses, but this trip warranted it. I was the opposite of helped and I was treated rudely and like a burden. Do better, UPS.

Use this store to return some Amazon packages. Excellent customer service. When the store becomes crowded workers assist with the customers' needs.

I had to come in twice today, and I wish I had gotten the employee’s name, the the lady (whitish blond hair with glasses) that helped me both times was so kind, efficient, and helpful. I wish they had employee surveys to fill out so I could better thank her! Wonderful customer service!
