Charged me for stuff without even informing me and when I found out when my bill was OVER 200 for one line, they try to tell me it was just miscommunication but that they can't fix it for THEIR mistake? It's your job...plus the next reason as to why it happened on their end supposedly is because (her words) "This is why you gotta deal with the same person coming here so they know what's going on that's why I gave you my card when you upgraded so I could help you" so I'm supposed to find out your schedule and only get help on the days you work?! You ALL do the same job, same training, same services. Don't tell me I need to come to you specifically like it's my fault for going to another person who WORKS there. Miscommunication wasn't the issue, being misinformed and lied to only to find out on my next bill and then be told it's my fault basically.

This place is so ? bull I brought a brand new phone to upgrade the phone speaker goes out an they check it tell me I'm right an see i only had the phone 22 days an want even give me a new phone an I only had the phone 22 days don't go to the one by T.j Maxx the manager is really messed up.

My experience at this location was by far the worse customer service ever received. Very unpleasant staff who clearly knows absolutely nothing about taking care of customers. Save yourself the trip, and find another location.

Cody was super nice, handled my tech issue in a flash and helped my husband with his upgrade, made sure we weren't over paying on our bill for bill ACCURACY and had us out still in a timely manner. Need more like him !!!

Made an appointment to go in to upgrade my phone. Sit down with an associate and went through my account and then we walked around and picked out a phone and case. Sit back down to finish the deal and was asked if I had a mask. I didn't, so he said we'd have to go outside to finish the deal so I walked out and left. Should've been asked when I entered and would've saved us both some time.

Me and my friend Nygeria walked into U.S. Cellular looking to buy me a new phone. From the moment we walked in until the time we left we were treated with nothing but respect by the sales associate Cody. He is very well mannered, very patient, and very outgoing. He’s definitely the perfect sales rep! I was there for quite some time but he made my wait enjoyable! He makes coming into the store less dreadful knowing you might be there for a while.

Since your associate say you don't have a complaint department...Each time I have a question about my bill there is so much headache given. If you took my bank card and wasn't worried about who I am then why all the ID and pin number just for MY information. They NEVER look and see who's card o have it could be anyone's but you want to stress me about information I'm invited to. I've been with every since you came into our area. I don't appreciate the headache over my account information.
