This location is hard to get into because it sits on a one-way street, requiring customers to go around the building to enter. The service is really hit and miss. Some days the workers are very nice and helpful. Other days they are very pushy, rushing customers even if alone, annoyed by questions, or they ignore you altogether. Replacing the employees with attitude problems would make it a five-star experience.

Is this post office closed? If not it should be. Mailed a bill 3 weeks ago, still has not been delivered, Thank you for the late payment and credit ding. (Sarcasm).

I‘m from Germany & wanted to renew my american passport and this one woman was absolutely mean to me and I was so frustrated that I literally cried and she made me feel like I was worthless and made fun of the way I wrote certain letters… never coming here again :‘(

If I could leave ZERO stars I would..This post office serves the people of Wilson NO PURPOSE ..In my opinion FIRE the whole building, starting with that “Post Master “ especially..Rude , unprofessional,and just down right DYSFUNCTIONAL..
