Abhorrent employees, disgusting behavior. Belittles anyone who doesn’t have what they need to do their job handed to them on a platter. Needs new management, or an attitude check. Disgusting behavior. Just go to UPS.

Been in there twice and staff was insufferable both times. First time male staff members were weird toward me and my friend (we are both young women). Second time female staff member treated me like an idiot when I asked a simple question about missing packages (made me cry too). 0/10, just go to UPS.

Got here at 850 Monday morning. Waited till 915 they suppose to open at 9. No one came out to let us know they were late are no signs posted about this inconvenience. Could hear them behind wall talking laughing having a good ol time very disrespectful and not courteous to the people waiting

They always give you service with a smile, and a humorous laugh on the side. Go over and beyond to resolve a postal matter.

They are always miserable and do not care to help you at all. Every time I have gone in there, no matter what it is for, they are rude and responds to everything I say like they have no idea what I am talking about. I highly suggest Pack N’ Ship on 42 if you are looking to mail something.

Took a piece of mail which belonged to previos owner to this P.O. & and asked that they forward to previous owner who moved 5 months prior. They said it would have to be sent to downtown office. Surprise! It came back to me today.
