Walgreens pharmacy has improved with friendlier people and more focus on customer needs. The pharmacists are excellent, caring, and careful, going the extra mile to help customers. Service has shorter waits and is better than some other local stores. However, the store pick-up process is unorganized, sometimes requiring multiple visits. While stores are fairly clean, the pharmacy staff can be incredibly helpful, patient, and customer service driven, taking time to assist with prescriptions and find low-cost options.
As a local business owner I just want to shout out the staff working tonight. I came in thinking my order was ready, photos . It wasn’t sent! The gentlemen was toooo kind to help me w my order so him & his manager could print it. It’s called customer SERVICE. I loved the way I was treated . Thank yall!!!!

For the pharmacy. Store pick up is unorganized. Took 3 visits to finally pick up. Stores fairly clean. Pharmacy has improved & people are friendlier with more focus on customers needs.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mrs. Sauls is the absolute best
