I usually have a somewhat decent experience with grocery pickup here. However, recently I've been given slimy, smelly cilantro, items missing, wrong items, and expired items. All in the same order. Too much of a hassle.

I ordered a PS5 for delivery. Was told it was not going to be delivered today, came home from work and it was delivered. It was not put on the porch at my house that is covered. It was put on the porch that had 3 inches of ice and snow built up on it. A PS5 SAT IN WATER FOR 5 HOURS. why would anyone in their right mind put a $500 item in water? Customer service was great but the delivery service just doesn’t care about your product

Team lead Alex and Team lead Sam were a VERY VERY big help finding my reciept and finalizing the exchange of my product. Both of them were kind, undstanding, respectful, and patient with me. As a disabled War Vet, I really really appreciated their actions and professionalism!
****ON THE OTHER HAND****
Team Lead Courtny (Female, 6'0', 221lbs, medium length black hair) was entirely horrible!!! Zero professionalism, Zero patience (would not even look my way when it was proven that she typed in the incorrect store number to look up my reciept), was not concerned at all about me as a customer and was rude to other team leaders and members in the customer service department.
The rating is because of Alex and Sam, only!

Too bad ZERO STARS isn’t an option. Constantly screw up my online orders & never answer the phone. Workers are friendly, but have a “we know, but it’s not my problem” attitude when an issue is brought to their attention.

This is absolutely the worst walmart that I have ever dealt with.
while I am typing this review the phone has been ringing for 4;47 minutes and still ringing. They take your online order charge your card and 30 minutes later you get an email teling you the order is cancelled. with no explanation , and tell you your bank will refund you in 10 business days. I am disabled and on a fixed income who can wait ten days ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? No manager on duty will pick up the phone and guess what?/ Its still ringing!!!!!!!!

Too much drama at this walmart between fights and homeless people and the check outs are a complete mess if you need to shop here recommend either go to nash st location or go travel to another town

The staff was super nice. The store was clean and organized. My only suggestion is for the Walmart in Wilson to upgrade their stores payment methods to match all the other Walmarts across the state. As their is no option to do tap or use the Walmart one card.
