Line out the door. 1 hour wait for a teller. No business banking assistance available. I left and went up to another bank that took much better care of our needs. This Wells Fargo location is not reliable or accessible and most definitely not a good choice for small business banking.

Not the best bank in my opinion. The main complaint is there ATM is broken or can't provide service. This is the 4th or 5th time over a 4-year period that I can't withdrawal cash. I specifically made a trip to the bank to withdraw cash and again the ATM is down. So, I've traveled over 15 miles for nothing, several times now. It's ridiculous.

I opened my first bank account with them when I was 16... I’m 20 now and have never had any issues. Staff is friendly & very helpful!

I have waited in the drive thru two days in a row for over 30 minutes each day. This is ridiculous. Please re-open Ward Blvd drive thru or figure a way to expedite business transactions.

Very nice staff poor management. Just rude. When you see someone talking to you you don’t keep on walking as if the customer isn’t even there. ITS CALLED RESPECT.

I went to this Wells Fargo to use the notary service as I am a Wells Fargo account holder. The notary did not know how to do his job and could not help us transfer the car title properly. I took it to the DMV and the lady said both car owners had to sign the document for it to be rightfully ours. That is common sense! So why did this notary fail to enforce that before notarizing this legal document? I would expect the DMV to be the lengthy part of this process but instead, Wells Fargo has been the bane of my existence.

Twice at this bank branch I've requested a reasonable service or accommodation and been refused over seemingly half baked excuses. Once I was refused service at the teller, and today I was refused service over document disposal. For a bank that prides itself on customer service and business relationship, this branch in particular fails to meet the mark.

I extremely pressed the issue about my account going into a negative, it happened once and I told them "DO NOT let my account go into a negative, one it reaches ZERO lock up the account untill the account recieves funds, yet here I am a hundred dollars in a negative and in a tight situation. This bank is trash, is rather hire a lying homeless man to hold my my money before I depend on this bank ever again. F#%& this bank.
