Absolutely rude, nasty employees. The manager started yelling at me when I told my daughter to "hurry up and figure it out" with what she wanted to order because we had to be somewhere. She said that I was talking to "her workers", when I was talking to my kid. Just disgusting

The Wendy's franchise in general has become despicable. The Chocolate Frosty is my favorite dessert. Each of the franchises continue to make the serving size smaller. The large frosty now is the same size as a small in the 1980s. Get it together folks.

ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! I will NEVER go to that Wendy’s location again!
I placed an order through their mobile app tonight and PAID for it through the app. I received confirmation that they had received the order and was given an ONLINE MOBILE ORDER NUMBER. My husband drove to Wendy’s to pick up our order through the drive through and was told they didn’t have an online order. My husband gave them my account name, the order confirmation number and their only response was they hadn’t received anything. I sent to my husband’s phone pictures of the order on the app, the confirmation that it had been received by their location AND a picture from the app showing it had been paid for too! Response - “they hadn’t received an online order”. My husband parked the car and went inside to speak with the manager on duty. He gave the manager the same information, showed him the pictures of everything from the app, order put in, order received BY THEIR LOCATION, Mobile Order Number AND the picture from the app showing it was paid for too! Response from the manager, “they hadn’t received a mobile order, they don’t use mobile order numbers, etc, etc, etc…
Absolutely NO attempt to investigate the issue or effort made to resolve the issue or a compromise of sorts to at least acknowledge to the customer that their patronage is valued!! I also checked my banking account AND the transaction is showing as being processed for payment!! SOOOOO they got my money and I got NOTHING! I believe that’s called thief!
Yes, I will be contacting the BBB, for starters.
DO NOT GO TO THE WENDY’S on Raleigh Road Parkway in Wilson, NC!! I’m sure there has to be other people who have similar or just as bad service from this location. They got my money for the food I ordered, I received NOTHING! BEWARE!
I guess since “Dave”, the original creator of this company, passed away, it’s just tanked! He would NOT approve! Hoping “Dave’s” family cares enough about the legacy to do something!

I ordered a double stack and a frostee It was 7.13. The frostee was only half full and the double stack was in actuality a single patty. The cashier was rude and apparently can't say the number "7". Worst fast food experience in years. I literally tossed the burger and went to McDonalds. If you are planning to eat here, instead just stick your finger down your throat. That way you only have to throw up once.

I stop here for breakfast from time to time. Food is usually good and the staff are friendly. But you definitely want to double-check your order before you leave the drive-through. Almost every other order I have recently ordered has been wrong. Sometimes, it is just missing the cheese, and sometimes, it's the wrong order completely. And I have never had more than 2 cars in front of me. Usually, there isn't anyone behind me either.

CONS: biggie bag burger was missing it’s bacon, burger was dry, no flavor even with ketchup. Missing nuggets. Missing sweet & sour sauce. Employee at register was new & looked like the blah emoji with her facial expressions. Customers don’t want to see unhappy faces at places they eat. The parking lot sure, the stop sign sure; not where they eat.PROS: (except one)Employees & manager had smiles(while training) & were friendly & professional. Fries were crispy, salty & warm & nuggets were warm & tasty. Drinks were great as well. Overall great prices for a full belly. I love they still have great prices even after COVID & everyone raising prices like there was a shortage when y’all know there’s not. Every single time I go here at night, no one is working. They act like they’re about to take your order and then leave you sitting there in the drive thru. They even shut the back door that was open and didn’t say a word to me through the speaker again, and when I circled around to leave there was no one. At 11:20 pm when they close at midnight. Cook outs line is off the chain. Honestly I feel bad for the Wendy’s in wilson because no one goes anymore and it’s no wonder why.

Shrinkflation has hit wendys, 8 bucks as a deal for what is essentially two chicken jr's. Not going back to this place anytime soon.

When I came inside I noticed everyone was laughing and talking and not working. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich. I was very disappointed because what I was given tasted like a classic chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted like regular chicken and not the spicy chicken that should have been on the sandwich, I had regular cheese and it was supposed to be Ghost Pepper cheese, I had absolutely NO Ghost Pepper crispy onions at all on the sandwich and to top it off I had hardly even there Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce. I was clearly not given the correct ordered item and nothing about the sandwich was spicy at all.
