SLOW! Don't be in a hurry or trust the time estimate given by the lady at the desk...I was told 50 min to an hour....2.5 hours later...and my truck is still on the lift, all for a simple tire rotation. No real regard for people needing to trust a time estimate and needing to get back to work.
Update...brings my truck out, nearly 3 hours now and has put over 10+ pounds of to much air in all 4 tires...

Took a jeep cherokee in for a vibration due to misfire and they said they replaced water pump and alternator. I ask if it still had the vibration and was told he didn't drive it?????? Car is still misfiring, so problem was not fixed!!!

I tired to get two tires put on yesterday 12/28. We were told to come back that afternoon after 1pm. We weren’t able to come back until today 12/29. Well today we were told they only change tires in the morning. We traveled from Nashville to have them done. A waste of time and gas yesterday and today!

I took my car to have the front rotors and brake pads replaced. They only turned the rotors. He did not resurface the rotors or put the pads on. I took the car back because I was still hearing the same noise. The mechanic did nothing. He lied and said the noise was coming from my engine. Save your money do not trust these people.

I took my truck in for a front end alinement and it was worth it my truck rides and drives better than it did when I took it in there. I am very pleased with the service I will tell anyone to go there and plus they didnt tell me something I didn't kwont to here about my truck. the atmosphere was pleasant as well. I am glad I took my truck there
