I gave them a 4☆ only because I didn't use their service yet. I only stopped by for some advice.They work by appointments, but the guy (Keziah) did come out and look my car over and gave me some recommendations. Very helpful and honest information.

Best experience with cross roads! They were very informative about the process and did great job with my car repairs! It’s evident they care about their customers and made my first time needing auto body work a much better experience than I ever expected.

Could NOT be happier! They did an amazing job fixing my car after an accident. It’s looks new again! They kept me up to date with what was going on and I did not have to worry about a thing. The inside even looked and smelled better than when I dropped it off. Will recommend them to everyone. I am beyond happy with my experience. They are very nice and professional. First time using this company. Danny went to my mom’s in Peachland and picked up her car and delivered it to Marshville. He was there when he said and made my mom feel at ease. She said great personality and all around nice family man. In my book he should get extra stars for bragging on his wife and kids! Will gladly recommend and use again in the future if needed! Thanks for taking care of my mom for me.

Jason Keziah is super! Need body work done in order for car to pass inspection at end of July.He gave me precise details of all that needs repairing and sent quote to my email.Very honest and accommodating as to scheduling work due to your schedule.

I highly recommend crossroads body shop .They are the best body shop in these parts and have the most friendliest and courteous staff I’ve ever worked with. Jason and Carla are two of the best people that you can ever work with. They took my old Yukon that’s 19 years old,took the trim molding off of the doors and polished her up and made her look like a brand new truck again. THANK YOU SO MUCH JASON AND CARLA!!

These people are ALWAYS so pleasant to work with, I have NEVER once felt like they were trying to hustle me, and they have ALWAYS looked out for my best intrests working with the insurance company. Danny with towing is AMAZING and has always been so responsive to wherever and whenever my adventures ends up taking me. Crossroads auto body made my 2005 Mustang look brand new. The paint job is top notch, it really looks like it came from the showroom floor. Workmanship is top outstanding. I asked to have all the plastic moulding replaced, they were happy to accommodate with all OEM parts. These folks are very good to work with.
