AC was able to fit me in to their busy schedule, took me home and offered to pick me up once the service was complete. They always review potential issues for ongoing safety and the itemized cost is helpful for future repairs.

I'm always pleased with the customer service as well as knowledge they give when they are servicing a vehicle. Very reliable and friendly! They even offer a shuttle which is convenient. Thank you all for what you do ! I've definitely experienced tears of joy. Had my vehicle serviced at AC Auto and the staff was professional. They found the repairs needed, advised me of what was needed to get my vehicle in good working condition, provided me with a clear visual description of the problem and repaired the parts I authorized. And the price for their service was reasonable. Most of all, the atmosphere of trust has begun. Thank you!!

I usually don't do reviews. And most of the time my level of service with a business has been satisfactory or great. Currently I am not happy with how AC Auto is handling an issue regarding to a repair that was accomplished on my vehicle. This issue started roughly on Monday October 30th 2023 and currently on going at the moment. The lack of communication on their part has been an issue and i feel like this issue has been prolonged by them in hopes that I will just give up on getting any resolution. But I will not give up. I just want this issue to be resolved and not left feeling blown off.

Brandon was through in his intake of my issues with my car. He communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what needed to be done. They also offer shuttle service and Judy was a great driver.

BEWARE, sending someone to get their car looked at here if they're inexperienced in cars because it will send them out that door with a huge unexpected bill that wasn't necessary to begin with. the owner is money HUNGRY. that's all he's looking after is himself and how much he can get off an elderly woman who doesn't know any better, or a young inexperienced driver who's just getting started. he will have his workers offer some crazy service that is supposedly needed when it's truly not. so basically, just like any dealership, they will sell you anything so he can make that dollar. It's honestly sickening due to the fact people like me who is not experienced with cars at all if it wasn't for me going to family members who have decades of experience in automotive and asking if this is really something I would need, then I would've been hundreds of dollars in the hole because people wanna make money the wrong way. all I have to say is your best bet is to go to a mom and Pop shop where they will genuinely take care of you and not try to scam you or the elderly community with bogus upgrades, flushes, etc.

I've been going to AC Auto on West clemmonsville road for several years my husband passed away last year and I do all my stuff by myself now acros when doing oil change told me I had an oil leak well I have body vehicle from a dealer ship and it was still under warranty so when I took it to them they told me I have no oil leak when I called and asked to speak to the manager I spoke with the owner and he told me I had a oil leak unless I come and showed him where it was when my dealership says I have none at all that he wouldn't refund me my money back where they put dye in it which the dealership told me I should never have got put in my oldest chick to see if I have a leak but I asked him if I could get a refund of dollars which it wasn't asking for a lot they owed it to me because I do not unequivocally and I wasn't letting him raise it back up on the lift for anything because my car dealership fixed something they found wrong with my car when I took it in that was the cost of $576 that I didn't pay anything for and why would they have fixed it and not fixed an oil leak if I truly had an oil leak. They also told me I had a light out over my license plate tag but when I tried to go advance Auto to get a new light for my license plate tag advance Auto told me nothing was wrong with my light and so I didn't replace it as well so be careful where you go and what they do if you don't know nothing yourself because not only before I took it to my dealership I took it to a place on Lexington road and they told me I didn't have an oil leak as well so be careful especially you ladies that are out there by yourself I don't trust AC Auto center for nothing in the world now and I told him I was going to do a Yelp if they didn't pay me back my $90 but I had been going to them for years and trusting them with all of my vehicles I can guarantee you I wouldn't recommend any of you going nor shall I ever return.... AC Auto provided me with excellent service and a customer experience that was exceptional. I was so impressed with their focus on the customer that I inspired to say, “I like the way you do business.” They explained the problem with my car very clearly and provided photos to show me the evidence. They also provided rides from the shop when I had to leave the car with them for the day. These are people who are committed to customer service. As for my car, the repairs they did fixed the air conditioning completely, which has not been the case at other garages. I have since moved out of town, but I’ll probably take my car back to AC Auto the next time it needs service. Great job, Guys!

I was denied service because my interior “wasn’t in factory condition”. Mind you, I was just going to have the ac lines (in the engine bay) checked. All the switches on the inside are operational. All I’m missing that could cause a problem for service are two vents. I don’t understand how that is enough to deny me service but what do I know. I mentioned before I dropped the car off that the interior wasn’t complete because I’m putting it back together and nothing was said to me until I was already home. I missed time at work to bring my car there. I’ve never left a negative review anywhere and I’ve been all for supporting local businesses but this is one I will not support. They mentioned something about not being able to take pictures of my interior due to it being incomplete, which why do you need to take pictures? But again, what do I know?Services: Auto A/C recharge
