Northwest Hardware Company is a locally owned and operated Ace Hardware store, committed to being the helpful place in the community. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful, offering great service and personal attention. Customers find the employees knowledgeable and willing to take time to assist, providing better customer service than bigger stores. The store has a great selection and often carries a different variety of products than the large home improvement retailers. While it tends to be priced higher, it regularly sends out coupons. It is a convenient shopping experience with outstanding staff, positioned as the helpful hardware folks in the neighborhood.
They are always so helpful there. I don't find the prices to always be competitive, but go anyways!

The staff person that helped me was great, I ordered online and it was ready by the time I drove across town. He offered to help me to my car even though the item wasn't heavy. Thank you sir! The item I purchased was a great price, lower than the other hardware stores. I would absolutely shop here again.
