I called to get a price check, which I received. The man on the other end I didn't get his name but he was pleasant, very informative and made sure I received prompt care. When I arrived, same scenario. Very welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed and again, very helpful.

The service was basically "what do you want so you can get out of our hair" I went in to buy a bulb for my car was given the wrong one I had asked for a bulb to a 2019 chevy. Nobody could take a look at my car to make sure it was the right bulb because they weren't mechanics was the answer and they still gave me the wrong bulb. I'm rating this a 1 star because I went to King Autoparts and the service there was amazing, they exchanged my bulb, gave me back some money for the difference of price on bulbs, apologized on behalf of the autoparts on Reynolda store that lacks customer service and he put the bulb in for me. I will never go to this auto parts again.

This location the guys know their stuff and are very helpful. Store has a lot of stock and variety of items to choose from. Always have what I need at a decent price

Advance auto zone. Helpful employees most of the time but often few staff available, so sometimes the wait is longer than others. They usually have what we need in stock, though. The location is convenient to get to with enough parking. Next door is a competitor and an additional competitor is just a few doors down, so deals are often available.

Check it! Imagine getting waved down by a random total stranger and informed that you're driving around town with a malfunctioning brake light. Now, imagine getting referred by a friend to visit O'Reilly Auto Parts nearby (which is, literally, located next-door to this very business that I am reviewing) with your issue yet ALL staffed employees inside O'Reilly absolutely refuse to simply help you replace your broken brake light... but have no problem selling you the goods needed. I mean, I totally understand (from a legal point-of-view) why employees at O'Reilly will not replace brake lights, themselves, or avoid even touching a customer's vehicle for various reasons such as this but I offered to do the act, myself, IF someone working there could just tell me HOW to do it. Nonetheless, they adamantly refused ...so I refused to buy anything from them and left. Right in O'Reilly's parking lot, I called the store right next door to it, explaining my situation: Advance Auto Parts! Employee Tyrone answered the phone, quickly and kindly offering to "tutor" me, himself, on how to successfully replace my own Toyota 4-Runner's brake light! Upon trying do so with a screwdriver, one of my screws on my brake light fixture was totally stripped... but that didn't stop Tyrone from re-entering the store and receiving a much-needed socket wrench to help me remove it in order to get to my bulb in need of replacement. Not only did Tyrone personally make sure that everything was done successfully in replacing my brake's bulb, he never left my side nor hesitated to provide the tools needed in order for me to do it! Being a mobile massage therapist, myself, exceptional customer service (like Tyrone's) speaks volumes to me because I've successfully made a living off of giving it out on a regular basis to others. Again, I understand why auto store employees cannot perform certain deeds to your vehicle, but nothing legal stops them from providing their expertise to customers via verbal directions to follow in order to complete a necessary job well done. Tyrone did just that ...and more, ultimately aiding in my avoiding a ticket from the Winston-Salem police most likely to be received "down the road!" Thank you so much, Ty! I sincerely appreciated experiencing a true blessing in choosing to patronize this particular Advance Auto Parts store solely because of my encouraging encounter with this resourceful brother!!
