Jacob is very pleasant to talk to! You can tell he's very eager to help you and actually cared. I've never had this much fun going to the bank before. He's very funny and entertaining. Looking forward to come back and see him. 5 stars!!!

Let me say that phone system is the worst the absolute worst thing ever. Whoever made that decision needs to be fired immediately. Once I was able to get to someone he was very pleasant. I think his name was Junior. Very informative and patient with as I know I was frustrated. He was great but that phone system is a joke. The employee is the only reason for actually getting some stars.

Go somewhere else to bank. They have always picked up my loans for my vehicles but I just recently opened a checking with them and it has been nothing but a headache. I deposited a check into that account to which they put a two day hold on which is fine. Then after the two days they but another 7 day hold on it because “the check was from out of state”. Then apparently you have a daily limit of spending no one told me about. Take your money elsewhere.

I was the unfortunate victim of the latest scam going around. Apparently over a hundred people have fallen victim to this same scan in one weeks time. Allegacy is well-aware of the scam. Well I went to this branch first thing this morning to get everything corrected. The girl who helped me was very nice but informed me Allegacy has decided they will not be covering the money stolen from my, or anyone else’s, account. So I happily closed my checking account with Allegacy and have found a new credit union that actually cares about its clients.

Have been trying to dispute a claim since 8am this morning. After speaking with the chat assistant Heather I was told I would need to wait until it process to be emailed the forms. Waited for it to process, again reached out to the chat assistant and was told by Sierra I would receive the forms by end of day. They close at 6pm, writing this message at 6:40pm with not message in my inbox with the forms.The poor customer service with Allegacy, especially getting through their automated system leaves a lot to be desired. I've previously had issues with being able to cancel my credit card, I had to escalate by leaving reviews to get assistance. It seems I will have to go the same route to get assistance with disputing the claim. Seems anytime there's extra work no one is to be found for follow up.

Online banking is five star. Easy to use and the online chat is always quick and effortless.Going into the lobby is five star. The employees are helpful, and the lines are acceptable.The Drive through is ONE STAR. Avoid the drive through at all cost. They have replaced the tellers with the equivalent of a self-checkout. It is extremely difficult to use for anyone with cognitive problems or dyslexia. Before, I could put my stuff into the transporter pod, tell a human what I needed, and it would be taken care of. Now, it is up to me to scan the checks and ensure the information scanned is correct, to make sure it is going into the correct account, to make sure I am typing in the correct amount of cash back, to split the amount into multiple accounts. I AM NOT A BANK TELLER. It’s too difficult, too slow, and too stressful. I will be using the lobby from now on. I’m sure Gen Z will love it, but I simply can’t trust myself enough to do it. Now, you can get assistance during business hours from a teller on the video screen, but you still have to do everything yourself, so it was not helpful at all, and it took forever. The line inside would’ve been quicker.The App is also ONE STAR. The video teller kept recommending I use the app. Well, I downloaded the app before, and if you don’t log in all the time, it logs you out and makes you jump through all these hoops to verify again. Also, when you take a picture of the check, it rejects it half the time. So no, just no.So really, this place averages out at three stars, but I’m so upset about the ruined drive through I’m giving it one.

My experience with Allegacy FCU has been positive and enjoy being a member there. They have a variety of products and services and staff is always upbeat and helpful. I can tell they have a great work environment and I appreciate the assistance I get when I need to go to a branch - they make it easy.

Make very very sure that you read all the fine print, and do not open a CD with this credit union. When they tell you there is no penalty for early withdrawal it's a lie! They have been using my money for the past 6 months and when I go to change it to a different CD for a higher rate-then is then I find out that there are in fact penalties. Take your money to a bank or straight to the US Treasury and get the same rates, for a 1/4 of the time you have to leave your money in. I asked numerous times if there were penalties when I started the CD. Never again here.

The drive through at this location is super slow. Sometimes only one employee servicing 4 lanes of traffic. It has been this way for quite some time. Sat in line 25 minutes today and I was the first car in line. A food truck vendor would be smart to set up in this Allegacy drive through. Members should have food choices if it's going to take so long.

I am glad they have hours available to go into the bank during the week and an interactive teller machine from 9-12 on Saturday morning. I prefer to deal with a live person when possible not just do everything online

First time speaking to Allegacy Credit Union. I found the representative to be cold and not friendly. Few questions and she wasn't very helpful. Sad experience.
