My girlfriend was on the phone with her mom making sure she had all of the details right about what she was going to do when she opened her account here, worker wouldn't leave her alone for 2 seconds so she could finish talking to her mom. Just kept harassing her about opening an account. Then when we went to the parking lot to leave they sent out the security guard to stand in front of our car. DON'T BANK HERE!

In the 3 tears I've had to use this bank for my landlord, i have never spent less than 45 minutes per trip. The customer service ranges from mildly annoyed you are bothering them to out right despicable customer service. They seem to try to go out of their way to hire awful, horrible, unhappy people who take it out on the customers. I have every possible excuse as to why there was an issue trying to deposit my rent, it ultimately just comes down that this is always an awful experience coming here that both my wife and I dread every time.

Four out of the last five times I've been there the ATM has been down. considering that's how I make my deposits this kind of makes you useless to me as a branch doesn't it? Guess I'll drive to the next closest since the line is all the way out to the parking lot in drive-thru as usual.

I experienced banking while black today. I went to cash a Cashier check printed from another bank institution, I asked if there would be a hold and was told no. for some odd reason it had to be verified only to be told they couldn't verify it, and that I had to go the institution itself. I don't understand why when the check was a cashiers check and I have been banking with your institution for years. in this day and age we are still experiencing racial bias smh......

I set up my palm scan at a branch and then it didn't work at another branch's ATM. Today the ATM here wouldn't let me make a deposit. It let me go though all the steps but then it showed this message on the screen: "We're sorry, teller review for your transaction is unavailable at this time. Please visit during our business hours for teller assistance." Well, this was today, Tuesday, November 30th at 12:19 PM so it was well within their "business hours." There should be no reason for "teller review," and we are supposed to be able to use the ATMs 24/7 anyway so WTH?!? So annoying. I had to get back in one of the three open lines and make my deposit that way. Ridiculous.

The African American lady that works the drive thru is usually the only person there. Knowing the drive thru is used more right now it should be fully staffed. She handles it but it takes time to make sure every deposit and check is cash correctly. My longest wait was 30 minutes. She never stopped provided service for two lanes. She is doing a great job, alone most of the time!

Wait times for the drive thru is a joke. We will be waiting AT LEAST30mins to get thru the line with all three lanes open. By far the worst branch I have had to deal with. The customer service with allegacy in my opinion has went down hill the past few years. I would not recommend them to anyone.. I will never bank with this bank again. I would give zero stars if it let me

I totally regret opening an account with this bank. It’s not easily accessible to get to my funds. Wait times are between 45 minutes-1 hour in the drive through line. They are severely understaffed which results in ridiculous amounts of waiting to make transactions. Their lobby hours are limited and not convenient for people who have to work all day. You also have to schedule a time to come into the bank (when it’s open) and the wait time for an appointment is at least a week. If you have important business to tend to, this banks infrastructure won’t allow you to be efficient.

This location of this Bank has mostly African-American personnel, they are not very kind to the Latino community, they really need better training or they are need hiring new personnel that have professionalism without adding that they are very slow. I prefer to go to other locations of these Bank where they treat with dignity and respect.
