Terrible customer service or should I say customer “no service”. One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had dealing with a service provider. I would rate them a “0” star if I had that option.

absolute nightmare of a company to work with. Customer service is horrible. Auto service is a scam. Terrible terrible terrible. Looking to switch as soon as possible.
