I found Anderson Moore Kitchen and Bath a transparent and trustworthy company. They listened, they did what they said they were going to do, and they finished the job early. Their workers were respectful, courteous and most importantly skilled. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who was considering renovating their kitchen or bath. We love our new kitchen and see it as a beautiful investment.

It has been nothing short of amazing working with the Anderson Moore team. We are just wrapping up kitchen renovations and they have made it such a smooth experience! From start to finish, they communicated everything big and small. They were patient and knowledgable with me and all my questions! The work this team and everyone else involved does is precise and breathtaking. I can’t recommend them enough for any renovation needs!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Anderson for a potential issue with a load bearing wall. I reached out on a Friday and was contacted via email by Sunday with a home followup a few days later. There’s very few professionals in any field that are this responsive.
Mr Anderson spent a great deal of time talking with me, measuring, and reviewing pictures from a prior remodel.
He never tried to upsell me he was spot on with his assessment which was all was good.
It’s great to know there are still honest hard working people out there in this industry. Although I did not need his services this time I would not hesitate to utilize his organization if the need would ever arise.

We have had a very good experience working with Anderson Moore renovating our 1958 Kitchen. The design process with Virginia was fun and a learning experience, she helped us realize our vision. Dennis kept us informed and worked through some challenges that extended the renovation but ultimately ensured we got an excellent result. The carpentry work is excellent and the painter went the extra mile to match colors and provide a really nice finished product. The company's attention to detail and consideration of how things would work is excellent. They are a great crew to work with from the owner perspective. We very much recommend them.

Thank you Erik and Tracy and the entire AM team! We are extremely happy with the results - special thanks to Dennis and Mario, who made a long and highly disruptive project easier than we imagined it could be. All of our goals for the project were achieved and our expectations were exceeded on the execution. Thanks again!

Anderson Moore recently remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. From our first meeting it was apparent to me, as a retired engineer, that they knew how to plan and execute projects properly. They efficiently led us through the planning stages, helped us with design and material selection, and presented us with a detailed plan with costs and schedule. From the start of demolition the site project manager was on site every day seeing that all the workers knew what the job was. The workers were all top notch people and made every effort to protect the house from dust and incidental damage. They frequently brought us in to get our input when questions came up. We are totally pleased with the job. I would use Anderson Moore again and give them my highest recommendation.

Decisions were made without my knowledge and there was a great lack of professional communication. It is difficult to get ideas heard and reminders need to be reiterated time and time again for any progress to happen, if it does at all.

Anderson and Moore did my kitchen a few years and just finished my bathroom. They are so neat and clean and have experienced people doing all the jobs. The paint and tile work are superb. They continually communicate with you.

First, I will say I am disabled veteran with a HISA grant for a no threshold shower and was hoping to get a professional and reputable contractor. Erik Anderson seemed professional upon first meeting him, however he seemed as if he assumed we didn't have enough money to afford them. We purchased a 1970’s built home 5 years ago that is well maintained, yet dated, and in a highly desired neighborhood. We have been wanting to upgrade our kitchen and bathrooms for a while now. We contacted AndersonMoore Kitchen & Bath and received a quick response and inspection by Erik Anderson of our 5x7 bathroom within 1 week. That is when it all went down hill. Erik Anderson first acted like our house was beneath him when he presented himself and walked in our house. He instantly started taking notes and kept questioning our ability to pay with subtle hints (this might be above your price range) for the renovation. We assured him we had no trouble paying for the renovation thinking that that would end the questioning, it did not. He took notes and kept trying to add more services onto our renovation even after the constant questioning of pay. After he left he assured us he would have a quote without 1 to 1 ½ weeks. After 3 weeks we decided to call and never received a call back. We then received a condescending email that gave a ridiculous quote just for the shower of $15-18K. And was advised that we should call West Shore. He never quoted the job, which was a full bathroom tear down and remodel. We researched contractors and knew they were higher than most, however, we wanted to go with a higher end contractor that we hoped we could trust. Below is the snippet from his email after we called several times asking for a quote.“I have been working on the pricing for your project. If I remember correctly, the VA allows about $6300 or $8300 (can’t remember which) for this type of work.We are significantly above that amount. Quick number for the zero threshold shower is about $15,000-$18,000.I would suggest looking at West Shore Homes. Their process and product is very different from ours. It is not tile. It is some type of solid surface material. But they have a system that allows them to be very efficient. I would suggest contacting them for some pricing for your project.I am sorry we can’t help but hopefully West Shore can.Thank you and have a good day.”The quote is not only very vague, but it also does not break down all the services we requested. This is a perfect example of someone that dresses professionally but lacks the skill and know- how to properly break down and develop a quote. We then called several times on his mobile phone and office to ask about the email. We have yet to receive a response after 2 weeks. The quote is not only almost 2 ½ times the national average for 5x7 bathroom remodel, his amount only covers the single walk-in-shower remodel. AndersonMoore lacks professionalism and from our experience over inflates their quote or gives ridiculous quotes to those they feel cannot afford their services. We never told him what our budget was and he never asked. These types of contractors are the ones that will be crying the loudest in the next big recession. We do not recommend AndersonMoore Kitchen & Bath for any military active duty, veteran, or civilian unless you live in a very affluent neighborhood.

On budget and early! Anderson Moore did a major kitchen renovation for us and we were completely delighted. Eric was great to work with, Virginia came up with a lot of great ideas and Tracy and Dennis did a magnificent job with the renovation itself. We were 500 miles away and unable to see the job on a regular basis. They kept us informed, sent regular pictures and were always prompt with their communications. We gave them a very aggressive schedule so that we could move in for the Holidays. They beat the schedule by 2 weeks! We were just blown away by the work when we finally saw it. After having lived in it for a month, we have not found anything that wasn’t done with the highest quality. Would absolutely recommend!

I cannot say enough (as other reviewers) about what a pleasure it was to work with Tracy's team, especially Dennis, my project manager (of course!). I looked forward with pleasure to inspect the work at the end of each day, not dread. The space was always left in a clean and safe state. Mario, Harrison, David, and Mark were always so helpful if I had questions, and their work was so professional and neat. Martin's drywall mudding/repair and his painting put the icing on the cake for a space that was more beautiful than I had anticipated. I would not hesitate to recommend Anderson Moore for a project, and hope to be able to use them again. After having cared for my husband when he was ill, I was very aware that my cramped 1960's-vintage bathrooms would make caring for my mom more difficult than it needed to be. I wanted a remodel that would create a more accessible space for my 90-year-old mom, including the master bathroom, master bedroom, and the other bedroom at that end of my ranch-style house to provide a suite for my mom. I wanted to incorporate as many ADA and universal design guidelines as possible, both to make things easier now, and to accommodate her should she ever require a wheelchair. This would be an aging-in-place remodel for both my mom and myself. AndersonMoore moved walls to widen the hallway and enlarge the bathroom. A door to the exterior was cut for air, sunlight, and emergency egress. Windows were replaced, two with casements for easier operation from a wheelchair. All doors were widened to 36". A minimal threshold shower was installed with grab bars and a hand-held shower head. A wheelchair would be able to roll under the sink. There was space provided around the toilet should transfer from a wheelchair ever become necessary. There was a generous space in the middle of the bathroom floor to accommodate turning a wheelchair. Erik and Virginia helped me plan this and created a plan for construction. The price seemed high to me, but it was identical to another contractor, and twice what a third contractor quoted. Since I did not want to be continually explaining what quality of construction I wanted, I went with AndersonMoore. I did not want luxurious finishes, I wanted durable and easy-to-maintain work that was equivalent to the work that was done in 1960 when my house was built. AndersonMoore "got" this. The price quoted did not change during construction except for changes I initiated or agreed on to increase functionality. The prices for changes were reasonable. Every time there was a decision to be made regarding thresholds and transitions from one room to another, Dennis made sure that I had input. As a result, I would feel very comfortable having a wheelchair navigate the space, although this may never happen. As with other reviewers, Dennis kept me continually informed about who was coming & going, and even a heads up for the rare times when there would be nobody there at all. Dennis kept the job moving despite minor bumps. And I couldn't be happier with the result.Services: Tile work installation

They remodeled our bathroom and did an outstanding job! From the design stage, to project planning to actual remodeling. They play close attention to every detail. If for some reason something does not look right they will make sure it is correct and to the clients satisfaction. I would recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. Thank you Eric, Tracy, Lauren and especially Dennis for all their hard work!
