“I love my stay here at Corners. I've only had 1 major issue in my apartment and maintenance was on it ASAP. Addison in the office has always been nice and helpful anytime I've had any concerns.”
“I do not live here but am trying to find a place in Winston Salem. I don't know anything about these apartments but I do know these ARE NOT the apartments associated with Kimberly Jennings. Take that into consideration before looking at any reviews from the past month or so. People are not doing their research and potentially affecting the livelihood of people working at these apartments. Sedgefield Gardens in Greensboro is where the incident occurred.”

“I lived here since August of 2022 and loved my stay here. Lujana and Tara have been a pleasure to work with. I had no maintenance issues and never had an issue with noise. The Kimpton Hotel staff are always helpful and attentive as well. I highly recommend choosing The Residence at the RJ Reynolds Building!”
