“I lived here since August of 2022 and loved my stay here. Lujana and Tara have been a pleasure to work with. I had no maintenance issues and never had an issue with noise. The Kimpton Hotel staff are always helpful and attentive as well. I highly recommend choosing The Residence at the RJ Reynolds Building!”

“Such a cool place to live. Its hidden right in the middle of town! The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond. Even when they are busy they take time out to help or even just offer a friendly exchange. The amenities are all above par. The pool is super nice and always clean and clear, the car wash station is super convenient, not to mention the gym and the pet park. Its safe and convenient to any part of Winston-Salem within minutes. Definitely would recommend to friends!”
