“I have been living here for six month now and the staff is really nice and polite, but I think we have to make more pressure on the Dogs poop situation, I always pick up after my dog but it seems nobody else do it, or the majority doesn’t and it’s not fair. When I move here they told me they had hard policies about this but it seems like it’s not true. Also some of the neighbors frequently throw trash in the bushes or green areas and I’m afraid my dog step on glass or something. Either we implement harder rules or it has to be clean more often, thanks again to the staff ??”

“I do not live here but am trying to find a place in Winston Salem. I don't know anything about these apartments but I do know these ARE NOT the apartments associated with Kimberly Jennings. Take that into consideration before looking at any reviews from the past month or so. People are not doing their research and potentially affecting the livelihood of people working at these apartments. Sedgefield Gardens in Greensboro is where the incident occurred.”
“I lived here since August of 2022 and loved my stay here. Lujana and Tara have been a pleasure to work with. I had no maintenance issues and never had an issue with noise. The Kimpton Hotel staff are always helpful and attentive as well. I highly recommend choosing The Residence at the RJ Reynolds Building!”
